5 stars for this location!! Seated right away on a Saturday night, waitress and staff were great. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, tender and delicious. But this was the first time in 5 years I have been back to the Keg and wow what a price shocker!!! I would have gotten the Lobster and steak but couldn’t justify the price. I get that Covid, supply issues, inflation etc all contribute, and this is not a reflection of this particular location. So the location gets 5 stars for service and the keg pricing gets 2.5....so that’s how we get to the 4 star review.
Meal was good but I've had better at other locations. Luckily we had a gift card that covered most of the bill. Our server was excellent and stayed on top of things. Very friendly and she got a good tip.
Marnie fuller was an absolute serving star! She treated my kids so well! And made us feel so comfortable. My kids were making her WORK! The steak was divine of course! Always coming back for perfectly cooked steak (shout out kitchen staff)l!!) and the best most hilarious server I’ve ever had the pleasure meeting!
We were a party of five visiting the Keg for someone's birthday. Everyone in the party had steak except one vegetarian. All four of us agreed that the steak was of poor quality, service staff was good, not overly attentive (I don't particularly like wait staff in my face). Everything was fine except the food. Value was poor, buy a ribeye at Costco 8minutes a side beats the Keg steaks every time for taste and cost. Bill was approx. $350 no alcohol consumed.
Dylan was a great server, very attentive and nice to talk to. I was surprised that the hostess never said "have a good day" or "goodbye" as we left.Great food always living up to the expectations of the Keg.
The food was good, but Matt was amazing. He paid attention to us. Took the time to have a conversation with us. Was willing to work with our special requests. He was very attentive. Really appreciated Matt.

We had gone there to celebrate graduation of our nephew. We had a great time at the Keg in London, Ontario. Our server Dylan was very pleasant guy! The food was top notch!
Great service good time and amazing food
My fiance and I tried the keg for the very first time tonight and I must say it was the best experience. our waitress Lindsay D was finominal. The food was perfect aswell as the staff. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know, and will 100% return.
