We have been going to the Italian House frequently after trying it for the first time. Their pastas will always be my favourite with just the right amount of flavour. The staff is lovely and patient. Something I would consider giving a try

The Italian House has been our go to pizza place for the last few years. We really liked the fresh ingredients and home made crust.That changed last night. We order a large with our standard toppings, my wife picked it up on her way home. When we opened the box it looked like a 12" store bought crust. You've seen them, perfectly round, exactly the same thickness all the way across (it was a comletely flat crust with no edge crust) and the consistency that screams Costco 12 pack.The other issue was the toppings. A space of 1 1/2" from the edge before you see a topping all the way around so the was a store bought crust with the toppings for a much smaller pizza.This isn't one of the 2 for 1 places where you don't expect high quality, they advertise home made goodness, which it has been for the last 4 years that we have been going there.I can't see eating there again if this is the new way they make a pie.
While visiting Canada I came to this pizza store every evening for a pizza . pasta or salad. Every time, I was served by the new owners of this store.They were always pleasant , and had excellent customer service skills.. They always went above and beyond for making these dishes delicious.I hope new owners will be appreciated by their customers because of their services, hard work , general attitude and demeanor ." I would like to thank the owner of The Italian House for taking care of us. We had a not great experience after having several good experiences and she went out of the way to call us and offer to replace the order. She personally delivered our order the next week.There are always bumps in the road but when the owner cares about their customer and stands by their business it means a lot. The pizza and wings are good overall, better topping quality than most pizza restaurants. The one challenge we find still is the Italian seasoning they use can be too strong for some palates. Thanks!
Great food. I loved it. We ordered pastas yesterday evening and it was best flavour i had since i am in london. They closely followed my all instructions. I could not hold myself to rating this place because they deserve it. See you again many more times. Thank you for amazing experience.
Wow. First of all, what kind and thoughtful people who clearly want their customers to have the best experience possible. Also, the food is made with care and it tastes delicious and incredibly fresh. I am honestly grateful for this establishment.
I’m telling state forward guys, I was very excited to eat food there with my girlfriend. We went there and started to eat pizza. It was very bad..one of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was soggy and veggies quality was worst. I called them and told, they even didn’t feel sorry. Common you should have treated your customers like this and if you did any mistake…instead to feel proud better to say sorry. They put it wrong toppings and half cooked….please who ever reading this don’t go state forward. It’s not a place to try something new.Thanks
EDIT: after posting my original review, the restaurant reached out to me to offer credit to give them another chance. this time the food only took about a half hour to arrive; for me the food itself was still not something that i'd go out of my way for, but i am very impressed with the customer service. i increased my rating due to the pleasant employees attempting to resolve the issues i had with my order.ORIGINAL: although i had high hopes due to reviews, i unfortunately had an awful experience all around. the delivery took over TWO HOURS to arrive from the when i placed it through their website. i would have been okay with it but the food was not worth the wait or money... i asked for a thin crust margherita pizza.. not only was this absolutely not a thin crust, but the crust was incredibly chewy and hard to eat, and the cheese was hardened as if the pizza had been sitting out. and the risotto balls were honestly average at best. and for $30? i am thoroughly disappointed.
The best pizza's ever! The other food is sodelicious as well. Customer service is awesome. As a customer and uber eats delivery person, I have had many great experiences with them. Great job, keep up the work!
