So gross went today watched the man making taco pull out his personal phone talk while he was making meals for customers. Couldn’t even be bothered to change his gloves after. He kept slamming peoples tacos down on the counter and laughing. No one said anything all the staff watched him talking on his phone no one said anything. ??
Stopped in for a family treat at taco bell of taco supreme fries, cinnamon twists, dorito tacos soft shell, and a family pack of soft shell tacos with nacho/dip along with Pepsi beverages. We also ordered a big crunch from the KFC side. Quick service. Got the order correct. Will be back.
The worst Taco Bell in Canada. The food was not heat properly. Out of ingredients but didn't say anything. They closed dinning area during dinner time. Whenever I go there, I can't get the food I want. The employees are not capable. Don't go!
The guy taking orders is super slow and likes to socialize instead of taking orders. Wanders around like a lost puppy. Took him 11 minutes to finally take an order. Once I got my order I was also missing items. Hire better employees. I’d reference his name but he don’t even wear a name tag
Arrived at the drive through last Friday evening around 7:40pm with 3-4 cars ahead of me. Somehow took 20+ minutes for me to get to the order box. This is typical of this location though. What wasn't typical was that at 8:02, when I finally got to the order box, I got a recorded message saying they were closed early due to staff shortage. On a Friday night. The person ahead of me got their order...I've also ordered a taco with no lettuce every time I've gone, and a good 7/10 times there's trace bits of lettuce in my taco, as though someone wasn't paying attention to the instructions and decided to just pick it off instead of remaking it.For months now the restaurant has been closed intermittently to walk-in/dine-in due to, again, staff shortage.
I would honestly give a 0 star if it were possible. A couple of friends and I decided to be adventurous for a Thursday evening and get some tacos for dinner. Despite there being no line in the store, we waited for 10 minutes at the counter without our order even being taken, at which point we decided that the customer service was so poor that we should leave. Will not be returning again in the future, and I feel bad for whoever was in line in the drive through as they were also at a complete standstill…
Went into the restaurant today to order at the counter. Waited for at least 15 minutes for anyone to even look at us. I asked the manager if we should go get back in our car and go thru the drive thru, because they were clearly only serving those orders. She barked back at me that she was busy, offering no apology or say she would be right with us. Finally got our order and every table in the dining room was dirty. The bathroom s, even more disgusting! Never again!!
Bad experience!! Waiting in drive thru at 11am when it says they are open, along with many others and no one is there to take my order. I call the store and the lady that answers is very rude and told me they don't open till 12. When I tell her all the hours say they open at 11am she goes silent on the phone. I had to end the conversation. This is terrible customer service will not return and will warn others to stay away.
I ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunches. They put chicken in instead of ground beef. How does that get mixed up? Also the hard taco shell tasted a bit stale.We also got popcorn chicken from there as it has KFC in the restaurant as well. Some did not even have chicken in them. And it tastes like the oil they were cooked in was a bit burnt.Service there is very up and down and this was a very disappointing meal.Next time we will hot their store at the mall and hopefully it will be better from there.
If I could rate zero I would messed up 75% of my order and didn’t give me a receipt when I tried calling they didn’t pick up there phone even though I called 25 times DO NOT SUPPORT THIE LOCATION !
