poor service, cold fries, 15 minutes and the chalupa is still not ready. and there is only 1 person. workers do not consider their work. They spend with the cell phone. Dirty

You messed up our orders, and the food was soggy and cold.
Check your food before you take a bite to eat !!! I ordered bean taco; gave special instructions 3 times that, I am vegetarian and make sure it is Beans Tacos, I got my order and guess what, it was Beef Tacos, I went back and let cashier know, she get me new order which took 10 mins; meanwhile my fries get soggy, she did not apologized for wrong order.
In masonville the service is bad and quality of foos also not tasty and cold

Fast service, cashier was super helpful and how's me out when I couldn't decide if I wanted the combo or not. Food was got and delicious. Could've used mild sauce on the side, but that was my bad for not asking for it

Taco Bell always comes through with their Supreme TASTE. Not as good as all the REAL Mexican Restaurants that are NOW popping up on every corner.
