good tacos but for some reason they do not like to give out hot sauce .would have given them 5 stars if they would have gave me hot sauce..not first time..

Very disappointed and won't recommend to others... They changed the beef and the Burritos are mostly bread.Filed complaint on their FACEBOOK page...Very disgusted
Took over 2 hours and 3 delivery drivers to get our meal.Clearly they were prioritizing in store customers ahead of online orders as each driver waited a significant time before cancelling.Surely after an hour of the order sitting there you'd think they'd start to make it.When it finally arrived it was half the order we paid for.
It's Taco Bell. What you see is what you get. It's cheaper than alot of places but sometimes the quality reflects that. I typically have a better experience in drive through or dining in. Usually something is missing when I use uber.
“Innisfill” the manager not giving any hot sauce with $75 order online. Ridiculous.Last time I ordered I also got 2 orders IN A ROW wrong…..Taco Bell is losing locations within Ontario and combining with KFC as a result, and this location will be another on the list soon.

I order from the drive thru; I have to change my order 3 times as they run out of a few things; I confirmed the order twice and when i reached home; missing 2 items. Food was not that bad; customer service was pathetic.
Miguel was the highlight of my whole night when my friends and I were blasted and came to taco bell. He was kind, funny, engaging, professional and just overall a great guy. This man hands down deserves a raise… hope to see you again one day miguel ?
Horrible customer service & the food is garbage!Young man helping me just shoved my tray at me and said I don’t know what you want after I asked them for meat on my fry supreme (which it comes with), the beef was like water and the cheese sauce was cold, I’d give you a 0 but that’s not possible you get 1 star.Don’t waste your money!Also the tables and chairs are disgusting haven’t been wiped in ages!
Absolutely wonderful workers, especially the dark haired young man. The food is great, except this one time near closing it was way too greasy to consume.
