There was 1 car at the drive thru window waiting for their order, a car behind that one. There was a car directly in front of me waiting for their order to be taken. It took almost 10 minutes before their order was taken. My order was taken right when I pulled up to the speaker but it was almost 20 minutes after that before I was able to pull up to the window to get my order. The employee never asked if I needed any condiments and no apology for the long wait. I managed fast food restaurants years ago and can honestly say this was one of the worst service experiences I have had.
The guys were very friendly and fast with our food. The place was super clean well maintained. Probably the best taco bell in the city
Not sure if this location is under new management but they got my order right and it was quick. The staff was amazing and friendly. Previous visits have not been this way. I will be back!
Place poorly run, drive thru wasn’t even working when I went. I walk into the store to employees yelling at one another and items being dropped on the floor to be re-used. Lack of proper infection control. Steak burrito had no meat in it. Very cold.

I ordered the beef burrito Supreme. If there was 2 pieces of beef in it I would be surprised. I remember when they actually put beef in them. I will not be back was disappointed in the actual burrito. Place was clean, extremely busy and the staff was polite. The one star is for the burrito and how poorly it was prepared. Thanks but no thanks giant waste of money
Everything I ordered was lacking but when I got to the Chicken Quesadilla, a 3rd of it had nothing on it. Not even an attempt.Toco Bell has gotten so stingy with there portions as their prices rise....they also don't answer there phones ?
Plenty of parking out front and to the side with both parking areas having a handicapped accessible parking space and accessible entrance.This is a combo Taco Bell and KFC which means it seems to have a smaller taco bell menu than the stand alone stores. I prefer Taco Bell over KFC.The staff was extremely helpful and very fast with the delivery of food. After ordering we moved to the side and started to fill out a survey to receive a free popcorn chicken and before I could finish the food was ready. It seemed like the quickest service I have ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. The food was typical of any Taco Bell. You know you love but you also kind of hate yourself for ending up there again.
Got the order wrong after repeating it 3 times at the counter... got home to eat and all the soft tacos tortillas were rock hard and stale. This store continues to disappoint me to the point I will not return.
