I had the butternut squash soup, with a quarter chicken dinner, with salad. The soup was so good!! I hope it will be on the menu for awhile!! And the quarter chicken dinner was great as always! Also super service, very friendly waitresses!!
Excellent service. Our server was the best.The chicken and fries were as always amazing. My Aunt had the chicken poutine. It looked very tasty. Lots of chicken.
Waitress was so rude, no napkins or drink offerings before ordering, like really in this day and age, forgot half our order. Please be Courteous To YOUR CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU.
Went to my first Swiss Chalet at age 5. Whenever we take a trip to Canada, I have to make a stop there. Love the chicken, fries and sauce. Portions have shrunk and prices have risen but still great.
Turn the heat up it is freezing in this store and there was cold air blowing right on me and made my food cold. I understand you want to save on hydro bill but it is the middle of winter. When I complained they started to argue with me. Treated me like I was a problem. My waitress never came back as she was annoyed with me. When the manager brought my bill; I wasn't looking for a discount but that's ok because she certainly wasn't going to give one.
The service was excellent as usual, didn't have a long wait time waiting for our meal. It was dealious as always.The staff were wonderful we show them our paperwork, so they new we had both our shots for the virus. We were asked to leave our masks on till our food and drinks arrived.We have been there at that location for many years now. All staff very friendly.Make you feel right at home.
Worst take out ever. Even my dog wouldn’t eat the chicken. Fries tasted like they were 3 days old. Chicken was cold and tasted like a leather belt. Buns were like rocks. Took a long Swiss break, and tried again, but nope, back to never eating here again.
The chicken served was so hard a sharp knife couldn’t cut it. Literally like leather. Save your nice memories and go somewhere else.
Ordered in last night and when we opened up our quarter chicken dinners most of the chicken meat was pink and it was still leaking cold pink fluids like a raw chicken does. So pretty much no different than any other time you order from here ? don't
