It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review for a place and I understand that this isn't a five star restaurant but it's at the point where I have to say something. There's a woman that works here and has been there for a while, I don't know her name but I honestly don't know how she passed basic training.Every time we go there she makes a mess of our sandwiches and can't follow along if she's making more than one sandwich at once.There have been multiple occasions where she has stopped making our order to hand out delivery orders or take payment for another order and doesn't change her gloves before going back to handling food and if you ask her to change her gloves she gets quite rude.We live basically down the street and we've given up on this location and will go out of our way to go to another location if we see that she is working just so we don't have to deal with her.
Nothing special nothing lacking, standard Subway. I’ve been there a couple of times, standard service. Slightly smaller store, but has couple tables and few extra sitting around the walls. Being part of a mall, parking is easier and entrance to the subway is faces the road.
The lid on my soup broke before I got home. Also they don't have a variety of soups. I went in looking for potato soup, after three days I gave up. I had asked if they had a specific day that they serve potato soup and she said it's whatever the openers wants to cook. My sub was really good except for the part that was a little soggy cause it sat in my chicken noodle soup all the way home. But I'll be back on the hunt for potato soup.
I bought a steak and cheese, and put chipotle sauce on it. When I got home, the chipotle was beyond spicy, and tasted absolutely disgusting. The first bite made me shiver like something that was sour tasting. I phoned subway up, and they said "If you don't like it, we can't do anything for you".Be wary with this subway, cause if something is sour and tastes awful, they won't offer another one for their mistake. Sour sauce is how people can get extremely sick, and these people at subway could care less. I can only imagine how many people have ordered this sauce today.
Very nice staff to serve you and help you find the right sandwich for you. I love there price saving coupons. Especially the footlong subway (buy one with drink get second for 0.99 cents only)
I placed an order on the app, paid on the app and then went to the register to pick it up. Employee looked at me and then walked away completely ignoring me for almost 10 minutes. Horrible experience.

Went to this subway with my kids to get two foot long subs. There were two ladies working at this place. The one lady's name was popy who was making the sub. I asked for sub sauce for one of them.. she put it on two.. I asked her can u please make another sub since my kids don't like smell or test of sub sauce... this lady started removing vegetables.. I told her sub sauce is all over the bread.. .. told her over 5 times.. she was ignoring.. I been to this location when this ladies are not working it been great experience.. but we will not visit this location again.
I hate giving people trouble because they do not get paid well at places like this. That said, I used to manage a subway in pickering for 3 years, so my opinion counts. I went to get two footlongs at about 5:15 pm, Sat Nov 6th. Lettuce was brown, toppings were not filled, sauces were empty, bread was not baked, cip lids were emty, sauce lids were empty, bread was in the oven burning. I was the only customer in line. At dinner rush this is an absolute no no. Again the people working were very polite and are surely underpaid. However, this falls on the owner to ensure proper training is done and proper motivation in the form of pay is given. This is the closest subway to my home and I expect it more organized and properly run the next time I return. If not I will contact head office.
