I used to go here a lot until I bought a Corsori air fryer. 3 stars for slow service and sub toasting that might as well not even be toasted. I'd only go back for a meal if I could make my own subs myself. They do have good cookies though.
Dreadful subway. They prioritize Uber orders and their iPad no matter how long the line is of customers right in front of them. The attitude of some staff here also leave a lot to be desired. One pleasant worker here, other than he, everyone seems miserable here. Management needs to review their training and team morale.
It was ok. I had to get 4 subs for friends & myself. The employee that took my order had to make all 4 at once & nobody helped him or even asked if he needed help & there weren't any other customers at the time. By the time i paid there was a line up out the door. ?
Picking up an order for doordash, this kid has hustle. Had to Wait a couple minutes, but hes by his self and giving it his all. Two thumbs up for sure!!!!
Despicable and inconsiderate location. I am a Courier and I deliver to this location unfortunately. John (the manager) thinks it is a good policy to not allow delivery Personnel to use the bathroom facilities. I not only find this despicable and inconsiderate but unprofessional and should be against the law.We are the ones that are providing the service and the labour that keeps products on the shelves and their doors open if they think we are not eligible to use the bathroom facilities while we are doing our job I believe their service should be suspended.I know I will not patronize this location ever again until this horrible company policy has been revised and a proper apology has been issued.
Wouldn’t let me use the washroom without purchasing a product. I am a COURIER that needs to use public washrooms. This is a disgrace to the essential workers of this country.
Busy location. Ordered 2 subs,made perfect. Many people in line. One person (John-Manager) working. Very professional and was working hard to get subs made for not only people in line but orders coming in online. Will definitely return to this location.
One of the worst customer service ever experienced. I would never recommend this place. Workers are rude and they will start talking in their native language which i really felt like they are making fun of the customers waiting for the food. People with self respect would only go to this place one time.
Terrible customer service!, system goes down middle of someone's order they continue to take my order followed by someone else's, only to then make everyone wait 40 min for system to come back online. Staff was on the phone with manager john who not only refused to let anyone leave but didn't discount anyone's order at the end of the process. Just sad, won't be back. Team pita pit!
Still efficient and quick. Quick service, no line up, pleasant team. Cookies were not immediately present, but we're sitting on back racks.
