I do not recommend! Not good service, guy serving us was clearly miserable.
I gave this 5 for a couple reasons.This location is a drive thru - you must order your sub the same way but in the drive thru - makes sense right! But do we ever think about the multi tasking at hand! There is never more than 1-3 employees making fresh subs, in drive thru and in the restaurant. i have never waited long, always get exactly what I’ve ordered, it’s almost neater, fresher and better than when you walk into the restaurant, in my experience. And they are always kind. That felt like a good reason to stop and give a review! Especially nowadays when it seems the food industry has been slacking in this town! Thanks!
This has been my go to when I want something fresh and healthy. The employees are very focused on customer service. They are very efficient And friendly.
Visited on Apr 4 during dinner time, around 6.30pmVery Good service was provided by Sherrie and Ashish. Both made very good sandwiches. The Multigrain breads were fresh, veggies and sauces were fresh too. Good job guys! Keep it up!
by far the worst place i’ve ever gotten food from, messed up my order by putting the opposite toppings on each sub, you guys should really be considerate of customers that may have allergy issues. not sure how it’s possible to do a job this easy, this bad but hey to each there own. fix up guys, your reviews are actually terrible HAHAAH
My wife just ordered two Subs (online) from this location. Drove here, and waited 40min for the subs pre-ordered and paid to be ready.12 inch chicken bacon ranch with extra cheese, came with no bacon, no cheese, no Ranch, and the incorrect chicken!. The bun was black from over toasting!This is the most incompetent location in the city by far!. Choose another subway if you can!

Worst customer service ever. Angry staff that intimidates and rushes customers to make decisions. Also rather strange that staff should be surprised that there is ranch dressing ordered for a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, not a new topping by any stretch.

What is happening at this store? Just visited (I live next door and visit often) and the decline of customer service. Last year this time everyone was always happy and cheerful. Over the last 2 months have noticed a huge decline. However TODAY . The young man had a nasty attitude and his body language mi g he as well have told me to kick rocks *
