Best Subway in the city. Love the enthusiastic staff and the management who managed to make our perfect subs when there was line up in the lobby.

It is now my fav go to Subway.The girl working probably manager, was so polite and show true leadership. There was one trainee she was guiding him as well as doing other things in busy hour, which shows enthusiasm and care that the employees put into their work.
I absolutely love this place.. it has became 24 hours, we ordered 3 footlong chicken teriyaki subs with so many customisations but the staff was very polite and calm. They patiently made our subs which tasted wonderful. I have never had these kind of subs before.
Used to be my go to Subway. Now, no matter what time you go there only one person will be making subs while the other two stand in the back and talk. Stood in line for 7 minutes while the “manager” and other associate watched the other person making the sandwich. Walked out and only then did they care and come out from the back. I’ve never seen the manager do anything but ring people through and to me that shows pure laziness and lack of leadership. That shows with the lack of enthusiasm or care that the employees put into their work.
I went at 3am. The worker was painfully slow. I waited 30min then gave up and left to go to highbury location that is near Huron St. Much better service. Hard to find good people these days I guess?
Worst subway I’ve ever been too i live subway only time I couldn’t eat it nasty rolled my turkey into balls everything was frozen waited in line for 30min when only one person was ahead got to any other subway but this one waste of money and time and you’ll be left disappointed
