Constantly out of every type of bread but white. It's literally what your restaurant does. Online/app orders never ready on time, last visit waited 15 minutes for an order placed 15 minutes ago, while 5-6 were served in-person.It is what it is, but what's the purpose of placing an order ahead of time if I could get my food faster by walking in and ordering?
On this day and time of Sunday, March 27th around 12:50 A.M. I received the greatest subway sandwich of all time made by some extremely observably good natured and handsome men. I do not know what their names are, but if they do not receive a pay-raise by their employers I will never eat at any Subway ever again. God bless.
Absolutely garbage service. Ordered off Uber eats at 11:30 and it’s now 1 in the morning and still don’t have my order. Called the restaurant and they said that there busy. At midnight? Okay then.
Ordered online for pickup. Went there and no greetings nothing. I had to wait and ask if I can take this order it's mine. Reached home and came to know drink was missing!Asked to toast and grill the sandwich. Barely toasted and not grilled at all. Won't order again from this place.

On average this location is decent. Decent wait times decent staff reasonable speed. This time was the worst experience I have had at a subway so far. My mobile order did not show up. Which okay tech sometimes messes up. But to have to stand there and wait an additional TWENTY FIVE minutes for my order of three sandwiches while other orders are being processed and made before mine...that is aggravating. Especially sense I arrived five minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for and the twenty five minutes that I mentioned earlier was AFTER I arrived. No offers of even a cookie or drink in compensation for the horrendous wait time as even a token gesture of apology. Not to mention my sandwiches were not even made properly. They were not toasted and I got barely a pinky's width of lettuce across the whole sandwich. Very Very disappointing.
Absolutely Incredible Service!! Everyone at this location was kind, cheerful and eager to help!! I had a last minute catering problem that needed to be solved and they did so with only a twelve hour turn around time! Couldn't be happier with how thorough the service was. Thank you so much!!
Service is okay. Sometimes can be slow. Overall though food is good and probably the best subs in London.
