I visited this store on Mother's day night. It was a Sunday and closing time was listed as 10pm. I went there at 9.30 and the door was locked. They refused to serve and told me the store was closed. But when enquiried about the operation time, they said that they had to do the dishes and so decided to close the store. This is unacceptable as the store clearly states the timing is till 10pm and closing the store 30 mins before the actual closing time, leaving the open sign on and when asked replaying rudly is not a sign of professionalism.
Yesterday when i came up to order my subway and this has happened the second time by the same girl name muskaan if i remember her name correctly she is always so confused that everytime i tell her to put sub sauce she goes on with another sauce the first time i had ignored and the same thing happened with a friend of my mine by the same girl and also a man that was ahead of me she dropped off his sandwhich and then made a new one for him this is so intolerable i got very busy in my work to complain about this and instead of her telling me to make a new sandwhich all other employees requested me but she didntVery very dissappointed by the employee and management but though i still like it coming here
Quick service. Little short on indoor seating in my opinion. Good place to quickly grab a sandwich with ample menu items.

Right near U.W.O. so it can be empty with no customers or crowded with students hanging out or just grabbing a sub to curb there hunger. Great quality but i have noticed the prices are a bit higher then other subways.
I visited the place on the 6th October at night. The lady working there was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Really bad experience. The other guy was great and helpful.

The two ladies working Sunday night had no manners and no idea what they were doing. I waited in line for 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. I had to remind the cashier to change their gloves after dealing with money. After i got attitude I assume it was both their first shift due the to fact they lacked knowledge on almost all the product. Didnt know what swiss cheese vs american was. Or what a steak sub vs a chicken teriyaki sub was. Worked so slow.. with no passion or care of what they were doing. I know subway has a different standard than this.
This subway have professional staff who make your subway experience outstanding. The quality of subs and cookies are always best. They only put fresh veggies and meat on your sub. You must visit there.
Great subway for students. They except student meal plan cards and are always open.
