Drink was halfway decent had I paid 3-4 dollars but at 6 it better be an exceptional product, which it certainly was not. I'm so confused why I see so many people with Starbucks cups? Is everyone rich? Or does everyone care more about the colour of the cup than the quality of the beverage in it, as well as the cost you pay for it. Hard pass on this company as a whole.

I had the worst experience at Starbucks today. So apparently they changed the rules for vaccine certificates and I didn't know because I never registered mine online - both my shots were drop-ins and I've never received an e-mail for either one of them - so because I didn't have the QR version of the receipt I couldn't sit down for ten minutes to eat. I'm physically disabled - I have chronic lower back pain which flared up badly today and causes me to walk with a limp. I've been on my feet for hours already and just needed ten minutes to rest before getting my bus. Whether I have the QR code or not I'm still fully vaccinated and have had no symptoms nor recent exposures. I wasn't able to stand there and fight with staff over some QR code I don't have just to rest when I'm in this much pain. This whole experience was upsetting and felt very discriminating.And to add insult to injury they didn't even get my order right - I pointed to the turkey bacon egg white sandwich in the display and instead got something else entirely. The person who took my order was apparently too busy chatting and laughing with their coworkers to confirm they got my order right or even ask me for my name. You still do that right?
Very friendly as always coffee for my wife was great as were the snacks. I don't buy coffee there. I just can't pay over 5 bucks or more for a coffee no matter who makes it.
A lot of complaints on the confined space can be offset by their great and fast service.

I was headed to this Starbucks for the first time tonight and I understood they closed at 10pm. I arrived at 9:50pm to make a quick order and no one answered when I drove up to the speaker. I drove up to the window, no one again. While leaving the plaza I noticed whoever was working magically reappeared. Iām sure their products are standard, but please be truly open when you say you are.
