When I went inside I was the only one there and waited 20 minutes and my drink still wasn’t ready. About 5 people come in they get there drinks before me and they leave and I’m still waiting for my drink. Also when I do Uber eats they always end up forgetting something and when I try refunding it, it didn’t work.
Well they have one wide selection of drinks that appear to be really good but it’s pretty difficult to choose only one but overall I usually have an amazing experience there. I like being greeted by the staff.As far as the baristas go, Emma and Ariel were the best. They are both really amazing and great and I hope to see them again soon.
Great Customer Service. Fast and location is very convenient before hitting the highway. i Always get the Dark roast but the Barista convinced me to try their medium roast (Pike Place) and it was not bad at all. but i still rather the dark roast (Verona or Signature Blend)
I always do a mobile order and today the girl with glasses and brown hair was having to much of a social chat with her coworker to want to help me. When I put my hand up and said excuse me I need to cinnamon I asked for in my drink she was rude and said “well I’m not touching the drink again” (I haven’t touch the cup yet ? so I said ok and took lid off. She was very rude and annoyed bcz she wanted to continue chatting about her life with the guy she was working with the long brown hair and bandanna on his head. He’s mostly cheerful when I come in. Her being rude is going to make me go to another store. I always spend $20 each visit easily. I can give my money to a store whose employees have manners and want to help customers. Was she rude because I wasn’t dressed up fancy? It’s Sunday March 13/2022 my day off and even still no one should be rude to a customer just asking for their order to be made how they asked. Very disappointed today. They get one more chance and I switch store and share my experience on all my social media sites because no one should be ignorant to customers. Before leaving I said cheer up my dear and have a great day and she knew at that point I didn’t appreciate her ignorance. Be kind to others is so easy !!! Lastly refusing to fix a drink unless I took lid off is wrong and that’s the second time this store has done that. Make the drink right and stop talking and pay attention and you won’t have to fix drinks. Next time I’m asking for owner !!!!
Always a friendly and pleasant experience when picking up my morning coffee. The drive thru can be busy at times so I recommend planning ahead and giving yourself extra time.Another note, the drive-thru layout isn’t the best, however that’s to no fault of the business, that’s on the city planners. Drivers should wrap behind/around the building rather than trying to turn in from different directions and block traffic.
Went in to purchase a drink for someone else. I got the combination mixed up and asked the girl if it sounded right to her??? She was incredibly rude saying “they had several drinks with ice in them!”( I knew it was an ice fruit tea mango, peach passion or something??) She continued with the attitude….. I don’t use Starbucks myself and that visit confirmed I make the right choice by NOT spending a lot of money on high priced drinks and snacks that aren’t anything to write home about. Needless to say I left without a drink and purchased a gift card instead. Never again!
OMG - slowest Starbucks ever !! We waited 22 minutes for my iced shaken espresso- they prioritize the drive thru customers over the in store customers. So many people were so frustrated that they were walking out.
I suggest you get in the drive through line even if it looks super long….going inside will not speed you up. Drive through line is being prioritized. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and waited inside 20mins for my drink. This store needs to improve their customer service level.
I asked the barista to take the tea bags out of my drink before giving it to me. She said it would take 5 minutes to steep the tea. I told her to just steep it for a couple minutes then. Instead she gave me hot water. I've never had a barista lose patience because I asked to have my tea bags taken out of my drink before giving it to me. That's never been an issue and lots of people take the teabag out after quickly steeping it.I let the manager know and her response was to tell me where the confusion was. Instead of providing a solution she just further encouraged me not to come back to this location.What a ridiculous thing to do on the part of the barista. Pretty disappointed with the customer service.
They were so behind we waited inside for 30 minutes today. Which normally I wouldn’t mind, it’s covid and people are short staffed after all. But they were so rushed that after the 30 minutes of waiting the drinks they handed us tasted absolutely nothing like what we ordered… To wait that long for almost undrinkable drinks was very disappointing. Not to mention the fact that many people who arrived after us left before us with their orders. I hate leaving negative reviews but I just feel like this was handled very poorly.
