My drink is literally four ingredients. Matcha, water, milk, ice. The fact that light ice is half a cup is kind of ridiculous. I can also see the amount of water they put in for light water because it was visually separate in the cup from the milk. If you go to pretty much any of the location you will be getting what you pay for usually. This one's just too busy to actually do drinks when they're customized at all.
Made my drink hot instead of iced but instead of re-making just forgot to make me a new drink. It was busy, but the fact that the barista didn't re-make the drink and fix the issue was pretty lousy customer service
Never did I think I would become a Starbucks fan. But my best friend bought me a Cafe Vanilla frapp, and now I won't go to Tim Hortons anymore. Starbucks all the way!
I don’t usually leave reviews but this one I just had to ♥️. I asked the barista for a drink suggestion and forgot to mention about my allergies for oat milk so I just ordered the drink and ran to open the store (I work in the mall ) and I realized the coffee tasted wierd and I looked at it realized it’s oat milk so I called to see if I could get a new drink or whatever l. This worker there called Aniika. She made a new drink during her break and came to my store where I work and made sure if iam ok and asked me if I was ok and asked me to cal the store if I need anything . That’s more than just a good customer service. Thankyou soo much for this heart touching act of kindness.
I work in the mall so I use this Starbucks a lot. I adore the staff at this location, they're all the sweetest beans. I've never had an issue. Also remember before you leave a poor review that they're all people who get overwhelmed so cut them some slack and give them a break!

Seating is unavailable when we came for a visit today so only takeout orders. The service was fast and the area was kept clean and ordering process was smooth. All the baristas were nice and helpful.
A nice Star Bucks just inside Masonville Mall. Prices are normal but have all the selections as any other location.Always surprised with the quality of coffee.Lots of staff to help and always parking.#localguides
