Love this location. Better hours than the Starbucks closer to us. I went in to buy a mug the staff helped me pick one that was right for me. Got a delicious drink while I was in there too.
I love the hot and iced mochas. The staff are friendly and my drink is always made right.
My favourite location out of all the London Starbucks. Over the two years I have been living in London, this location has staff that are both friendly AND efficient with their customer service.
I didn't go into Starbucks. I really want a Starbucks coffee sometimes, but I had one really terrible experience years ago and I won't go back. Ever. I entered to get a coffee with loads of milk. I only know them as a "cafe au lait". I didn't know what it would be called at Starbucks so i explained what was in it to see if they could connect me with one that they do sell. The person working there was so rude to me and under no circumstances was I going to be served anything unless I knew the Starbucks names (frappe lappe etc.). He kept saying "do you mean a ___ or a ___"? I asked whats in those? I had no idea. He said he's never heard of a Cafe au lait and asked me if I wanted anything. I had already explained what a cafe au lait is. I just left. I was completely excluded, judged and made to feel like I don't belong. I have not been back. It is 12 years now.
I went to this Starbucks on March 15th 2022, I just wanted to say Holly was the best person to see and to be running that drive thru. She made my day. Keep it up Holly! You are truly amazing!
Best Starbucks in london very quiet and clean you can enjoy your coffee and having good time there.
These have got to be some of the nicest/warmest staff I’ve ever encountered. Coffee is always fresh and the size of the store is just big enough to almost always find a seat, get work done and still feel cozy. Love this Starbucks!
To slow thru the drive thru. Over 20 minutes once I started to time only 4 or 5 cars a head of me. Not ever going to that location again. Yes the order was right and window person was polite.
