Very bad experience ordering Matcha Frap. and Coffee Frap. What we got literally had nothing to do with them. The frist drink was just water with matcha and the other one was milk with ice no coffee... Obviously the staff needs more training.
In store experience is definitely secondary to drive through. I was the only guy in line for over 5 minutes watching as four staff rushed around catering to drive through
They work REALLY hard! AMAZING LATTES & this Starbucks was the first one to offer my dog a Puppucino when they heard him bark in the drive thru speaker lol (Whip cream in a cup obviously don't give my dog this everyday- but it is a nice free treat)I can come up with more positive than constructive feedback for Starbucks that's for sure! The staff there are really sweet at this location.(I do wish that the milk was the same price no matter which kind you order.)For people who say the drive thru is a long wait, I believe they are understaffed because of the pandemic- but they work so hard to make up for it... so I just don't go there if I don't have the time to wait incase it is busy.
Drive thru is always incredibly slow with more wait once you get up to order. I’ve tried ordering ahead and going in to pick up but was not greeted or helped by any staff member for several minutes, despite 8 people working behind the counter.
Barista Nicole was on DT role and questioned if Im scamming the discount. Told us to be careful. I come to this store literally every lunch for the past 2 weeks and used the same card(payment). Shameful interaction

Third time ordering delivery from here through Uber Eats & missing an item.. if you want Starbucks go to the one at Oxford and wonderland, unless you enjoy 15 drive thru lines at Hyde park
Everytime I come in here, everyone is sooo sweet and nice and I got so many compliments today, it jus lifted me up and literally half of my reason for even getting starbucks today was to have a nice interaction cos I just know everyone's a sweetiepie there n it makes me feel better when I'm down :)
A girl took my order and handed me my first drink — she was pleasant and that was fine. but a guy handed me my second drink by holding the top/lid. it’s just gross and bad restaurant etiquette to do that. It’s not sanitary.I asked him for another lid, explaining why, and he handed me the replacement lid the same way -_- it was the wrong size, so I asked for another one and he still covered the lid with his hands..its a super pet peeve of mine as someone who’s worked as a server in several restaurants myself. It’s like, food handling 101... you hand someone a drink by holding the middle of the cup, not the top of the rim where they’ll be drinking from.Maybe someone can pass this along.
The only time I went there was to get a drink my young niece got me hooked on: an Apple Spice Macchiato with oat milk. It's the oat milk that makes it, every sip is like apple pie. Try it.Anyway, this Starbucks forgot my apple pumps, thus, I was now drinking an oat milk macchiato. Which, in and of itself, was not a bad drink, except I was expecting apple. A prompt return got that resolved for free.
