Had an amazing experience. The barista was a trainee but she was extremely polite and helpful. I ordered a complicated frappe but she didn’t do any mistake.
Love this location! All the baristas are super friendly but this morning Johnny just made my day. Genuinely friendly and happy! Helpful and wished me a happy mother's day noticing my child seats in the back. Thank you Johnny! You're such a delightful person!
This Starbucks has the best staff of all the London locations. All the baristas are super friendly (but not annoyingly so), they always get my order right, and they're always fast. This is what good service and customer experience is all about. Thanks for always making it a great day when I come in!
My favorite location and I've been to the original in Seattle. Great atmosphere to sit down to work, think or possibly meet for a first date.Obviously the coffee's great but don't try the food or you'll be hooked on that also.

Hi Jade, “your scoop” is less than half of other staff’s scoop (I AM NOT a picky person and 7 tiny squares of dragonfruit isn’t enough for a Venti, I’ve got same drink grande 20 times it’s NEVER like this)U don’t need to tell your customers this drink is made of water like we are idiots ☺️ thank you! Don’t be shy to use a measuring cup next time cuz I’m pretty sure other customers would feel the same way.
I've gone to this Starbucks for years as my family all lives in this area. Staff was always friendly and never had an issue with an order. In the last couple weeks I have gone a few times and was served by the best batista ever. His name was Jonny and honestly I don't think I'll go anywhere else anymore. Both times I was extremely sleep deprived with a newborn baby and I can honestly say he made my day! He was so friendly and really went above and beyond. When I wanted to add extra syrup to everything for that extra boost he said "Let's gooooo" and it really put a smile on my face lol. He is the greatest :) I hope his managers see this and give him a pat on the back! Thanks Jonny!
Have visited this location before and its never been quick. Staff were friendly though so if we weren't in a rush it was ok.Not today though. I placed a pick up order on the starbucks app. Said ready to pick up at such and such time. I get there waiting in the pick up area. No one else was waiting. 2 people looked AT me and said nothing. I asked for help those same people ignored me.I walked over to the ordering line. Waited.When my turn said i placed an online pick up order thru the app.She picked up the stickers and said we dont have any of these; i can exchange them for something else.I said no we were after that specific item; ill just take a refund.She looked at me confused.Said nothing and pushed buttons and asked for my card. All in all 12 minutes wasted standing around only to be told they don't have what I want.
Great coffee. Staff are friendly. Takes forever to get a coffee. Slow drive thru. Go in store and you may be waiting behind 2 to 3 people, but staff are crazy busy making too many mobile orders. I think if you're going to serve people i 3 different line ups, you need to have the capability to serve 3 different line ups.
We love Starbucks! However, we've been having bad quality of service from this store. We've been ordering via Uber due to this weather, and there were issues with our drinks. Some of them didn't come with a whipped cream and other details that we made sure to include in our order. They didn't come with straws too! This has happened quite a few times to us already. Hopefully the management will reach out regarding this.
