Always a great drink, went for 2 drinks in the morning and my wife's was made wrong so in the afternoon we went for a replacement and they made mine wrong so 50/50

This Starbucks location has repeatedly been the worst experience I have had and I spend hundreds of $ each year at Starbucks. Prices are higher than most other locations in London. Drive thru attendant, one female in particular, two ponys is the opposite of friendly. Horrible experience! If you can, go to other locations.

I go in everyday, sometimes twice a day and get a caramel macchiato. The customer service has always been great and my drink seems to always be made top notch. Thank you ladies and gents for the amazing customer service.
The great Starbucks generic food/drink aside, this location has friendly staff and a cozy sitting area. The wait times inside are generally minimal but the driveway can at times be overrun with zombies.

Andre who was working the drive thru today(the Dundas and Clarke location) went above and beyond in helping me and my wife out with a sort of personal matter. I've never had anyone in the service industry treat me with so much kindness. It absolutely made my day and I will be paying it forward. Thank you very much Andre, you're an awesome human being.
