This was my favourite location. Throughout my Mat leave I spent a lot of time here to get out of the house. They hired a new manager at the end of last year & the service has immediately gone down. Extremely long wait times, incorrect orders. The staff is great, but the manager is extremely rude & doesn’t seem to care about her customers. Sad to see this location change so quickly.
Meg is the only one I trust to make my drink perfect every single time. She’s professional and always says hello and good morning. Now I see her there less and less. Everyone is nice, but my drink has been messed up a lot more recently than ever. They never fill the drink all of the way anymore, sugarless when I ask for extra syrup and they only add a small amount of whip cream. This is disappointing. When you’re paying so much, you expect good quality. I’d rather wait a while for a good drink than pay 7$ for half of a drink that’s made wrong.
Lady spilled the drinks in my car after waiting forever for my drinks. BRAND.NEW.CAR... Thanks StarbucksLady gave me a napkin and a cloth, should have offered to pay for my car detailed, new Lululemon pants are also now ruined. Don't know if this is my go to Starbucks now..
I always find this Starbucks has super friendly staff. Yesterday I went in and there was an amazing employee named Holly! They were super kind and helped us with out vegan drink options! Thank you :)

The drinks and food are always on point, and staff are wonderful! The drive thru can be a little slow at times, if you're in a crunch, pre order on the app. All in all, always a great experience.

Was feeling like a cold drink today but couldn't make a decision, asked the barista for a cold tea beverage of her choice. She asked a couple questions and made the best cold tea drink. Wish I'd looked at or asked her name...Thank you again!!!
I went in today hoping for mango dragonfruit and a strawberry açai refreshers but they were sold out. There was a worker taking in store orders I believe her name was holly or hally who helped me replace my usual order with peach juice which was amazing!!! This worker was bubbly, kind, and an absolute rock star! I will definitely be coming back for that drink and their service!!
A great barista makes all the difference on a particular visit.The food will always be hit and miss. Some excellent items, some less so. Really hard to find foods low in simple carbs or with whole grains.But Sbux is the one place i can find unsweetened iced tea, reliably. And sous vide egg bites make a lovely bite, especially after the gym.
