Good pizza and not too think. Service was fast and everything tasted fresh. They also have some Hallal options for meat. They also have a walk in special for $10 on a large pizza.
When I got the delivery I noticed right away they forgot my 7up so I told the guy delivering it and he said to call the store about it, she told me to just add a note to my next order for a free one next time… the look on the delivery guys face was even a little confused when he heard them say that but about 5-10 minutes later he showed up with 2 instead of one (they were closed when I check online so I was most likely his last order, leaving me to assume he picked them up and brought them over on his way home) if that’s not good customer service I don’t know what is ?✅
To the price I got pizza I think it could have improvised. I ordered XL pizza like you see in the picture had less options to add the toppings and even the cheese was thick and I had a okay experience having it!
They have really started to mess up. This was by far my most favourite pizza joint in town, I’m a regular. Last 5 visits have just gone downhill. Not sure if they have changed ownership…sparse toppings on pizzas….3/5 last visits they have made errors in toppings, so I’ve had to wait for them to remake…and they always charge me different amounts each time I visit, considering I always place the SAME order….it’s so bizarre. Will maybe give them another chance in 6 months. But for now, they need to figure it out!
Taste exactly like 2 for 1 or Pieros I think they buy there stuff in bulk to get a better deal only thing is all there pizza taste the same and not very good
Customer service is hit, but mostly miss... to busy socializing and carrying on when people are trying to pick up their order or place an order. Bought some slices for the family and they made out like the were in the oven toasting up, barely warm at best...they don't care
Tried this place Sopranos for the First time what a mistake ordered medium pizza and wings. The dough was so chewy and dry,pizza hardly had any toppings. Wings were the smallest I've ever seen,must of got them from a sparrow not a chicken. Complete Rip off place.
On Good Friday April 15th we went to order 1 x small Hawaian pizza on a thin crust and 1 x large 1/2 Deluxe and 1/2 pepperoni and bacon also on a thin crust. Total came to $48. The attendant said they had just raised their prices. We smartly cancelled ther order and purchased from a competitor. The same order cost $36.. Wow. What a way to lose business Sopranos. Your pizzas are good but not 33% better !
Wow. The worst service I have ever encountered. I used to be an advocate because they serve halal ingredients but not anymore. They are so quick to take your money but refuse to make things right. The lady this evening that was serving me needs to learn how to talk to people. Rude is an understatement. She was reading off her receipt and kept Stating that I had made the error. but when I showed her mine to compare it to she refused to fix the issue. She even accused me of Calling in before complaining about a soggy veggie pizza lol. I never have ordered a veggie pizza . Long story short she told me to call and talk to the manager in the morning. This is disgraceful and shameful. Will never go back again.
One of my favorite pizzas in town, the pizza is amazing!The baked wings are crisp and overall pretty good for naked but I wish they offered breaded. If they got a fryer they could do their wings and offer a real panzerotti not a calzone, I wish people/businesses would learn the difference.
