I had an order delivered from there today 3 bowels with different mixes in them. The beef was very hard and salty, the Chicken lacked flavour, the garlic sauce lacked the the garlic flavour. This is the first time I’ve purchased from this branch and will be the last I’ve never felt this disappointed and ate tasteless food that I had to throw the food out.
One of the best shawarma places I’ve ever had. Meat is flavourful and tasty. This location is ideal since it’s right off the highway so it makes it a perfect stop on a long drive.
Stopped in for lunch. Super polite staff. Made my shawarma spot on. Thanks guys for the excellent customer service.

Had an excellent meal at Shelby’s. I tried both the bowl with the chicken shawarma and the meat shawarma “poutine”. Both were excellent! The poutine wasn’t actually a poutine though; it was a loaded fries since it didn’t have cheese and warm sauce, it was simply fries with sauces and a sprinkle of feta on top. All in all though, flavors were good!
The food here is amazing. Easily one of the best shawarma Ive had in my life. The service on the other hand is horrible. Little kids that have attitude, that don't like their job and take it out on us paying customers. 1 star for service and 4 stars for the food. Too the rude employees if you don't like your job find a new job and talk to your boss, don't give the customers attitude. To the owner and boss, just put a camera with sound and watch how they treat your customers. Remember its because of your customers that you succeed.
I got the beef and chicken bowl. Both meats were dried. They don't cut off the warm meat from the rotisserie, instead they give you cold dried meats that's kept in the tin. Also, veggies were old. Only good thing was the warm bread, it was delicious. Otherwise, this place is pretty bad. If you want a place that does it proper and everything is fresh, go to pita pita on wharncliffe and baseline.

Masks not being worn properly during preparation of food.They must cover your nose as well.Otherwise no protection while your food is preparedOther than that it was good tasting
We tried the “World’s Longest Schwarma” and WOW!!! Sooooo yummy and huge. Excellent value for your money! We also bought the biryani plate and it was just as exceptional. Highly recommend this place
