We had several issues with this restaurant. Upon arrival, I asked for the menu and was provided with one. Once we confirmed and placed our order, the price was higher than we figured. We asked and was told that the menu is old and the new prices are on the board. Wish he told us prior to ordering. We ordered the Shawarma Guys special and the falafel plate. First off, there was nothing special with the Shawarma Guys special. The plate had more rice than actual chicken. Also, the rice tasted stale. We also asked for salad on the platter as we were paying more than the ordinary platters. We were denied and said there is no salad for this special. My wife had an upset stomach the next day and we called the restaurant to express our disappointment, and we were given a simple "sorry". I do not recommend the shawarma guys special.
Wish their website was working it’s so hard to talk to them on the phone, sometimes they just hang up because they can’t understand you. I order here often and love it so it’s hard to give a low rating when the food is so good and even my father often brings up this is what he wants for dinner. Changing my 3 stars to 4 because they do their best to make things good and I understand theres a barrier there. Thank you.
I'm visiting from Windsor. Tried a kebob wrap at Shawarma Guys, it was delicious. The young man behind the counter is very courteous and friendly, his recommendation about sauces was spot on.

Had Shawarma guys for the 1st time today and it definately made my "gotta-have-again" list. I had the chicken Shawarma and my son had the beef. We've eaten at many Shawarma places in London and agreed this definately makes it to the top 5. As a side note: the kid working the mop was cleaning like the Queen was on her way. We will be back.
Shawarma was over loaded, tasty and filling. The pita was fresh and fries were crispy and yummy too. The only suggestion is, it becomes soggy because of creamy texture chicken so less saucy, would be better.
One of my favourite place in london. Quick and friendly staff and pocket friendly.
Great food, they make their own bread there... the staff is super friendly to!! Will definitely be back
