I was so disappointed! I have always wanted to try this place. I had an opportunity to do so at the Sunfest festival on July 10th, 2022. I ordered a curry goat meal, paid $20 for gravy, some rice & peas and five pieces of spiral pasta!
Loved the jerk chicken it was cooked the way I like it. It comes with a side of rice and beans as well as a small pasta salad. Been living in London for 5 years and by far the best jerk chicken in Town.My daughter is a huge fan of their beef patties
I dont have much experience with jerk chicken, but I ordered a large plate from this location and everything from the chicken to the steamed vegetables (which I was initially skeptical of) was great! The chicken was not at all dry and tasted as if it had been slow-cooked for hours.
My husband and I love this Caribbean gem of a restaurant. Not only is the food amazingly savory and delicious, the rum cake you can’t stop eating it until half cake is gone. Decadent!!Most importantly, the owner Rose and her staff are a blessing, we get so much joy going in to visit, we are blessed.O’Neil and I would give this gem a 10 star for sure.
The food was of, but boy was it slow, lord...if you're hungry, maybe have a snack before you order. I've had worse jamaican food to be honest, so they can grawn!
I ordered curry chicken roti. First the roti is old the edges are hard. Second its 95 percent potato by far the worst chicken roti I ever had.
We ordered the large jerk chicken and the small jerk shrimp. The flavors were great. Rice and beans were perfect. Would have liked more spice but I will definitely be going back. Thanks for a delicious meal.
My curried goat was fantastic! As others have mentioned Rose is wonderful. I will be back to try the brown stew chicken, among others.
I usually order the Jamaican patties or jerk chicken (which are always delicious), but today I tried the poutine and omg it was the best poutine I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend!!!
As far as carribean food this is not! It's a cheap imitation of what could be good food. I was the only one ordering at the time and everything tasted microwaved ordered $20 worth of food and the portion was 2 tiny pieces of chicken. The only thing that was good was the patty!
