Used to be so much better years ago but has gone downhill. New ownership completely killed the award winning reputation they used to have
I understand being a little late on a Saturday night for delivery through the store, but to say you have no record of order and say I called a different store COME ON.
Not the ring a wing it once was. This place was a staple in high school and college, now it’s just over priced undercooked wings. The chicken itself was very bland and just tasted like really cheap chicken. Delivery via skip was quick but still arrived cold. I ended up having to reheat them to avoid food poisoning. Even if they lowered their prices by 50% I still would not purchase again.

Was once a great place, food was delicious and worth the price, ordered from here many times. However sometime in the last 10 years the quality has gone downhill and the price has gone up, providing good customer service doesn’t even seem to be a factor and the price of delivery has gone way up. There are many places in London to get low quality wings, why pay more for ring a wing?!
Unique wings and sauces in London and even in other cities. This is a must in London, my friend who used to live in London has tried to find other places like this but its impossible. The wings are crispy in their own way and you have tons of various delicious sauces.I took 1 star off because previously there were times when the wings were overcooked and the sauces were just flavoured water (i.e. not thickened enough and bland flavour) but the customer service is great, we called them to complain about the food and they offered to give us the new food (though we didnt take it bc we just wanted to let them know the feedback). I‘ve been customer for over 2 years so have had a lot of experiences here, but recent experiences are perfect.Ps: if you are new here, I recommend order regular wing style (dont choose naked) and sauce on side (never sauce on wings). Most sauces are great but my fav are zesty orange ginger and apple butter mesquite, they are just extraordinary.
Total rip off, never again will I order from here, $36 for 2lbs of wings and didn't even get the right amount. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
They have a various selection of sauces. The wings are large and meaty. Very delicious.
Just bad!! Too much sauce seemed that they threw bucket full and both the sauces tasted just same. Wings were undercooked and so much chewy. Haven’t tried other locations but this Oxford one isn’t good. My husband had this couple years back and he liked them but this time we were totally disappointed.
One of the best wings in london. Also the menu is having different options huge selection of sauces for a perfect party. Employees are supportive and take care of customer needs. Specially this location.
