I've come here a few times and have always had a good experience. I went in the other day for a quick coffee and we hadn't realize they were almost closed. We told the waitress we'd go somewhere else but she assured us it was fine and brewed a fresh pot of coffee just for us. We also got a piece of coconut pie (I think that's what it was). The coffee was 10/10, the pie was amazing, and the service was lovely.
Went for brunch on a Thursday and was promptly seated. I've been here several times over the years and I am always so impressed by the high level of service by all the staff. I ordered a breakfast special which I could barely finish there was so much food. The value of what you get for the price is incredible. From the toast to the fried tomatoes and mushrooms to the large sausages. This meal was incredible. It is nice to see a restaurant taking pride in the way a breakfast tastes. I will definitely be back again. This place is a long lasting gem and there is a reason it's been a staple in London all these years. Keep up the excellence Richies. Highly recommend to all.
Pat treated us so well. She is my queen and is so sweet and slay. Provided excellent service and advised us on what to order. Onion rings were very breaded (higher bread to onion ratio), fruit tastes fresh and good variety. Tuna sandwich was good. Vanilla milkshakes were top tier. I would recommend the owner to add more vegan friendly options because i had to order only fruit, but i still love you guys. Pat i hope you have a wonderful day.
This was my first ever visit to Richie’s. We organized an end of day gathering after a funeral service. It was comforting and relaxing atmosphere. The food was great as was the staff. Thank you. ??

Arrived there a few minutes before closing the night of the last shutdown..Nick of course being the great guy he is gave us a table without hesitation. Love everything about the family owned business... come in and tell your friends and family to visit... excellent food and friendly welcoming staff
Maybe I should try out the menu more here? NOT!! My dinner smacked of mass prepared SYSCO bland offerings designed to offend nobody. The downside is that my wife's plate displayed the same sort of drudgery in prep and the execution wasn't there because any base line cook would not be inspired to deal with the base ingredient starting point. My soup to lead it off was full of the usual flavour of powdered dreck that so many restaurants use to base the soup on. Attempts to hide it with a lot of flour and butter did not help. TTFN
