Server answered questions we had about the menu. Delicious food and a quiet clean environment. Perfect meal after a long day

It was okay. The spring rolls were good, and the only good thing. The wonton soup was flavourless, and had the tinest pieces of filling in it, it was more wonton wrapper than filling. The pho was okay, the noodles were chopped small so it was kind of hard to eat.

This is definitely a hidden gem in London. If you are wanting the best Pad Thai in the city than this is the place to go! So fresh, a little spicy and always perfect.

I am not sure how this place got such high scores from other reviews as it is overall terrible. We ordered 2 dishes: the grilled lemongrass chicken with shredded pork on rice and the special beef noodle soup. For the grilled lemongrass pork with shredded pork, as pictured below, the amount of protein we got was comically small. The chicken was also very thin, meaning it's going to be overall dry when grilled and blandly seasoned. The shredded pork and rice was average compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. For $15.50 at the of this review, it is priced higher than most other Vietnamese restaurants for significantly lower quality. The special beef noodle only contained sliced beef, beef balls and 2 pieces of tripe, as pictured below. (This was a takeout order and the noodles and soup were combined in my own bowl.) It did not contain any beef brisket that was indicated on the menu. The beef balls were also split into thirds instead of the usual halves to further cheap out on ingredients (this is also pictured below). The soup was a bit weak on flavour but acceptable. The noodles themselves are likely commercially purchased as were similar to those found in other Vietnamese restaurants. Overall, the special beef noodle soup is not as laughably bad as the first dish, but still overpriced for $15.00 at the time of this review. In summary, as both dishes follow the theme of skimping out on ingredients, it's not likely it's a one off thing. I am seriously not sure how it managed to get 5-star scores from other reviewers; maybe it was better in the past or they have just never eaten at any other Vietnamese restaurants. I don't think there is a single Vietnamese restaurant in London that is worse than this one so I would suggest going to any of the other ones in London.

We orederd dinner recently. It is very expensive for what you get. Aftre the food I bloated and had diarrhea. I am pretty sure it is full of MSG. We will not return.

The best Pad Thai I've ever had. I had the seafood Pad Thai tonight with shrimp and squid..... delicious. The mango salad is amazing.....all mango with shrimp.....yum. Service is great, owners are very friendly. I will definitely be back!!!

The food is not fresh and does not include a lot of ingredients that were mentioned in the menu.

Terrible customer service. Drove across town excited for this dinner. Ordered the vermicelli and received it with no bean sprouts - one of the main 2 ingredients. Called and was told they don’t give credit for missing ingredients. Um….it’s not an ingredient. It’s a staple of the dish. After arguing I was told they would give me credit of $2 - the cost of the bean sprouts. I requested it be replaced and was told they could give me half credit. So…I pay the cost and a half to get the dinner I ordered originally? Plus the drive across town twice. No thanks. Will not return or recommend

Food is overpriced and not worth the value. Taste is ok but there are other vietnamese restaurant in town with better price and food. I would not go there again.

I always get the shrimp pad thai. An never a problem!
