Absolutely the worst experience ever! BEAVERBROOK London location, ordered veg burrito, he put 3 onions on it. I asked for more veg, he charged me extra!!! For the extra 3 pepper slices he added. Will never go back.Still haven't heard anything from customers service. Absolutely never going back. Terrible company.

My workplace ordered Qdoba Catering and it was the best choice! The portions were perfect and it was an easy process to order. Qdoba is a frequent choice of lunch takeout for our workplace! Highly recommend. The staff at the beaverbrook location are all VERY nice!

Simone and another worker who’s name is escaping me were wonderful! They gave us plenary of toppings, rice, meat and beans! However, it seems the manager may have been having a rough day as she replaced the fitted lid of my bowl with a new one, scraping off the guac and some toppings that I had payed for unfortunately. Great experience overall!
Fresh toppings and very friendly and helpful staff. The build your own bowls are our favorite, and of course the chips and queso! Love the rewards program too. Thank you to the person that served us tonight - I feel terrible that I didn’t catch his name but I believe it may be Mit (?). You were so helpful and kind. We will be back!!
Was not “allowed” to add Corn Salsa to the 3 chicken signature quesadilla or vegetables even though I wanted to pay for them the staff said it would ruin their signature recipe and refused.When I’m paying $60 for three quesadillas why not add the $.20 worth of salsa to have a happy customer?
So last night my wife ordered us dinner from this location. When our food arrived we quickly realized it wasn’t our food it was someone else’s, so she called the store right away. Even though this was a mistake done by the courier service, this location went above and beyond to make everything right. I am so impressed with how they handled everything. Plus our food was still delicious when we got it! It was personally delivered by the store .
