I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. Created my own bowl with steak. It was delicious. Keeping the review short this time around. The combination of the veggies, meat and sauces was really good. Wasn’t crazy expensive either. My biggest disappointment is ordering something and the portion is only enough to satisfy my 4 year old daughter. This was enough to feed myself and my daughter. Thank you!
New personal seems nice, but they made a us pay for kids meals only to find out they had free kids meals on Wednesday’s. Didn’t care to make it right, bad service.

I had the Wellington location cater my mother's birthday. The food was fresh, hot and very enjoyable. The store forgot to include an item in my order by mistake. I called the store, and they kindly delivered it to us. Wonderful customer service...thank you Qdoba!
The brisket bowl is really delicious. Perfect portion. The staff is very friendly.Wish this location had easier recycling options for dining. They seem to make a lot of corporate effort to make the bowls compostable (not use the awful plastic black bowls) and plastic lid separate, but the garbage station doesn't really reflect that... Everything just goes in the bin. Also, since we were dining in, and we were asked if we were dining in, I'm not sure why they put the plastic lid in the bowl in the first place.
The manager was extremely rude - forced me to mask or not order even tho I have a MEDICAL exception and that’s not what the LAW says - I was told to get outside. I still ordered and then when I got home I found blue paper in my food. Photo attached.
Visited few days ago. Food was amazing but service was awful. The lady who served us, most likely manager was very rude. She did not know how to talk to customers. She was literally shouting. No manners. Other staff were polite but one can easily tell that they were also afraid of her.
I came tonight, & I bought ground beef tacos with the corn bread soft shell.1st of all the soft shell corn bread is awful, I immediately got sick in my stomach from eating one taco because of the taste & texture, for context I'm in 1st trimester and this experience was disgusting and I'm sensitive to food I find really gross.The ground beef was also horrible & awful. It's poor quality doesnt taste good at all.Please bring fish tacos to the menu.
Don’t Get The Rice!!? I literally watched the girl take a dirty wet dish rag and ring it out right beside the two types of rice and it splashed all over the rice…. She looked up at me and pretended it never happened. This was on New Year’s Day. Happy new year 2022. Don’t eat the rice. Also I don’t know if it’s just because it’s New Year’s Day but y’all seem like you don’t like your jobs and we’re pretty rushy & rude. ??♂️ Good luck in the future.
Love going to qdoba and im seeing a similar pattern with the reviews, i had a similar experience today. I went into this Qdoba on Wellington and southdale at approx 6pm and when i walked in the blondeish lady at the counter definitely made you feel like you were in a rush to say the least. Additionally im not sure if she's management or a trainer but was training a very nice kid yet she was very rude and passive aggressive to him. If i was that kid i'd definitely hate showing up to work. Food was good though.
