The absolute worst popeyes in London. Purchased the upcharge for breast and these tools gave me a spicy chicken fillet meant for sandwiches. A fillet is not a breast or rib cut. Not the first problem with this location. This is just the most recent.
The person taking my order was polite only couldnt understand anything she was asking due to the speeker cracking and feed back from the volume being turned up to high no condiments were given with the meal example: salt pepper ketchup vinegar napkins knife and fork making it hard to eat. Price was reasonable for 2 people 25.00. Over all I give them a 4 on commutation. I give 3 on food enjoyment as i had to use my fingers to eat with was greasy got it on my cloths. As for value for the price I give them a 9. Over all performance I rate them at 5 or less. Mind you this is my own opinion.
It may be one of the only 24hr places in the area, but the afternoon/night staff are awful. I’ve ordered through the drivethru a couple times before, odds of them getting your order right is 50/50.The last time I went through, they told me my food would be ready shortly and told me to wait in a parking spot instead and someone would bring it out to me. After 20+ minutes I went back through the drivethru, they said it would be another couple minutes still. Once I finally got my food, I double checked as they usually get it wrong, and of course they did. I pointed out their mistake, they tried to blame it on me for ordering incorrectly?Once I was given the replacement food, they then asked me to give the old food back. Unsure why as it’s going to be thrown out anyways for sanitary reasons and they made the mistake.Awful experience, avoid this location.
I am not a huge fan of Popeyes... honestly. The food was okay.. staff was friendly enough, dining area as well as bathroom (women's anyway) were kept, about a 6-7 out of 10... not the worst, definitely not the best either.
The lady working drive thru cash was rude and rather stuck up. The guy that handed me my food was nice and friendly. Unfortunately the food was horrible. I've had Popeyes before and it was pretty good, chicken had been sitting out for some time, stale onion rings and the pop tasted flat.
I ordered the bone in chicken at drive thru. After receiving the food, the chicken thigh had all the waste material which I had a bite and vomited out. Please have a look at the picture.Being a manager of Popeyes in Toronto, I know how well chicken thigh should be clean.
Store is disgusting, bathrooms are not even funny how gross they are. Actually emailed the company about how gross it was. They don't accept $100 bills and when I asked the guy why, he literally just shrugged his shoulders ?♂️. Food was quick but cold fries and cold tendies. Won't go back. IF you do go I suggest you take a look around the restaurant and bathroom and you won't want it then. Also when I emailed corporate no one has bothered to message me back.....they don't care
Sorry to say but this one is the worst location of popeyes that i have seen in the city…!Worst experience in terms of cleanliness both inside and outside the kitchen.
This place was just terrible every way you put it, down to the cold classic sandwich and onion rings (which both are supposed to be warm if not hot even) and the most disgusting bathroom I ever seen and wish I'd taken a picture of it but I don't want anybody to spoil they're last meal. Just take my word for it FILTHY AS IT GETS. They lost a customer for life that's a promise I'll stick to.
Had an awful day and was craving some late night Popeyes I ordered online and love ranch sauce but seen they had no option for extra so I left I note in the comment., Shivani made my ABSOLUTE day and not only left me a sweet note, but gave me more than enough extras ?❤️ Thank you she needs a raise ??
