This is one of the best fast food outlets I've visited in Canada. I think they are heads and shoulders above the competition. Highly recommended.
I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders and instead got the 3 piece very greasy chicken:/Usually I love Popeyes but the lady that took my order was distracted and abrupt.. and it wasn’t busy.
I have never been so unimpressed with someone’s customer service then I am now. After placing an online order that didn’t go through I went to the store and bought the food instead only to find out they charged me for both my food in store and online so I paid for double the food I ordered. I contacted them right away for a refund for my online purchase I did not receive. They refused my refund and kept asking me for more and more information regarding my orders. Like this went on for 2 weeks, I finally just cussed them out and said forget it. The customer is always right and I was so mad too see this big corporate company just take money that didn’t belong to them which some people cannot afford. The customer service representatives name was“VIGO”
This Popeye's really stepped up their game, Popeyes in general has really greasy chicken when it comes to the chicken sandwiches so it wasn't that bad but they used to have greasy chicken in general at this location. Thankfully something's happened in the last year and all of the chicken that isn't between buns is great. There's chicken sandwich is pretty good too but you have to be prepared for something that's pretty heavy

Loved the chicken was made perfectly. the biscuits were a bit dry. the service was good. I kinda felt bad for the asian lady that has been working there it seemed like her boss was breathing down her neck. basically everything was great besides the energy in the room was gloomy.
Out for Dad/Daughter shopping and popped in for a quick chicken sandwich and Thursday 3 piece special , great lunch !
I live right near this Popeyes and there are some days the aroma from Popeyes makes me very hungry. Lol The chicken pieces are large, really tender and the skin is very crunchy. They are not that greasy either. I really recommend going to this Popeyes.

This one is the best Popeyes in London by a long shot. I just happened to be in that end of town so I went and it literally blew me away how much better the food tasted at this location compared to the others. This is now the only Popeyes I’ll go to
