Excellent pizza joint 1) Their pizza is super consistent and good 2) The wings blow every pizza place around away and are even better than the coveted Ring-a-Wing.We have been ordering pizza for years and it is always good. I find so many pizza places vary wildly, you get a stellar pizza and you go back to the same place and it is average or worse. Our whole family has chosen this as our go-to place for pizza that we all like.The service has been great and staff friendly. Good work!
This is our Regular place to order pizza, wings, salads, chicken fingers, lasagne or spaghetti. It's a family store and the people are WONDERFUL... if we've ever experienced a problem they fix it immediately. The staff are always busy but that's because it's an AWESOME pizza. The crust is not too thick, not too thin. The chicken fingers are HUGE... The spaghetti though comes with a TON of cheese on the top. We don't like that part but there are some who would LOVE the cheese. They are fast and most times VERY accurate. You can tell they love what they do because they do it VERY well.
My partner and I are vegetarian. We ordered a pizza, choosing our preferred toppings, only to find a piece of chicken on a slice. My partner has never had any meat before in his life. He was the one who found it when eating the slice and immediately got sick. This isn’t the only piece of chicken on the pizza and we’ve already eaten four slices and can’t guarantee it wasn’t also missed on the other ones as well. This is truly an unacceptable error to make.
They serve hot wings in plastic containers now. I got home and the plastic has melted. I called back to try to understand why they changed their packaging to plastic and that my food is contaminated. He was like it would've been fine if we didn't forget to put the paper underneath. I understand businesses try to save money where they can. But this is a bold move on their part and anyone with a conscious mind would do exactly what I did and throw them out. And I wasn't willing to drive back from komoka to show them. They have lost my business moving forward.
Lost my business . Dedicated customer of fifteen plus years. Moved to London and was so happy to be able to order a slice of nostalgia to my table and share it with my family . After today with the rude customer service and the garbage in the box were done with the London location . Disgusting and disgraceful way to conduct business . Almost like it was our fault the “phone operator” was unable to write down three letter abbreviations for toppings . Then forgot our wings . Then send this box of grease with a side of greasy dough. Hopefully the Chatham location is still comin with a decent meal since London clearly isn’t . Save your money order elsewhere

We've been ordering from Pizza Tonite for many years. They have the best wings in town. Unfortunately tonight will be our last time. When our food arrived it was cold and the pizza box was smashed with the pizza toppings stuck to the lid. When my husband called to complain about the cold food the lady who answered the phone told him that if we wanted warm food then we should have come and picked it up. He then asked to speak to the manager who was just as rude.... whatever happened to customer service?? Sorry but you've lost our business
I've visited London twice from Thunder bay and was fortunate enough to try this place out for a late night snack, phenomenal! Pizza was amazing and wings were awesome portions. Recommend!
Hate to write this review, been going here for years unfortunately today will be my last. I had to wait 2h for the food to arrive…. And it arrived cold obviously. I spoke with some woman, if I don’t like it just call back and they will send another but I’ve had a recent issue and will not be going through that again. When you know it’s that late don’t tell me the food is going to be warm…. Just send a fresh hot order right away, I don’t have time to wait another hour or two. Oh you also got my order wrong AGAIN! I asked for deep fried panzo not baked. The panzo was awfully cold and well wet, wings were cold, disgusting. Didn’t even bother to eat them, threw it in the trash and just made dinner for my gf and I. This place needs to work on the customer service 100%. There are other places in town that use the same wing supplier, definitely no longer the best wings in town. Caio!Your employee never mentioned beforehand about the delivery wait time ? otherwise I would’ve have ordered elsewhere. Smh
Ordered delivery and it took over 2 1/2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous waiting time. Then had to deal with the driver not knowing the address or buzzer info that was provided and did not bring the food to my door. I then had to walk downstairs with my broken foot to receive my COLD food. I will not be ordering from here again.
