I had a custom-made calzone by RJ. It was a 5/5. I always ask for RJ whenever I visit the store. Best customer service! :)

One of the best pizza i have eat till now. And they offer so many thing at cheaper price. You can definitely try and i am sure you will revisit here. The staff are so nice and helpful. Best service and best quality pizza
Went in the dundas richmond location to get a slice.. guys were wiping their noses and coughing on everything. I walked out. Disgusting.
Do not go here. I watched the guy trim the dough from my XL pizza to make a personal pizza themselves. I know because they didn't receive any orders when they made it. You can see how pathetically thin it is from the photos. I order XL pizzas regularly and have never seen it this thin. Not sure if it's a regular practice or they did it out of spite because I complained about the first pizza they gave me (it was burned). Either way it's despicable.When I complained about the first one they burned the guy working there gave me a hard time about it. They claimed that it wasn't burnt and it just gets that dark because there's cheese... They changed their mind when I threatened to send a photo to pizza HQ. Look at the other reviews and you'll see it's a common problem. They burned my pizza several other times in the past. Note that I also specifically ordered that my pizza should be cooked lightly done.It's unfortunate because I love pizza pizza and order from there regularly. But if this is how they do business I'd rather go somewhere else.
Pathetic pizza store in the city . The staff doesn’t know how to take orders and what all items are present in the menu . How to add or remove toppings .I ordered a large pizza and received burnt pizza when informed them they replaced my pizza with another one and the second pizza which I received was same burnt but just over filled with everything lots of cheese and topping . I don’t understand how this store is even running . Replacing my pizza doesn’t mean I want more toppings on my pizza I want it to be cooked properly .Please hire people who know how to make pizza . I’m also attaching pictures of my pizza’s.
I'd ordered the chicken bites, I don't expect much out of chicken from a pizza place or any fast food restaurants. I was told 15 minutes max ,waited almost 30 and while eating them they were cold and wet in the middle. all in all, they weren't good.
They may want to consider changing their title on uber eats to actually reflect that they are a pizza pizza as opposed to "chicken chicken". I did everything in my power to avoid ordering from pizza pizza as they are one of the few restaurants open late at night but the vendor I ended up ordering from was Pizza Pizza disguised as Cicken Chicken.... and they completely botched the order.
Always they provide great service and hot pizza with perfect size cut .
I went and was satisfied by the service provided.
