5/5 for pizza & services. The perfect location for some one travelling on 401. The guys are pretty quick and pizza are delicious. I ordered veggie pizza and it’s yummy. The place is neat and having a decent sitting arrangements. There is ample free parking in front of this place.
Staff are amazing and management is nice. I always order wings with 2 different sauces.i had a question so I tried calling no answer & the guy called me back to see why I called… not a lot of places do that! highly recommend and the boneless chicken wings & regular chicken wings are amazing!
Perhaps my worst experience at a pizza place (Customer service wise as well as their pizza). Firstly as you can see in the picture, the crust is almost 2 inches ! and there is barely any toppings, I noticed many other people have complained about that same situation. I'm not sure if they are trying to save cost or what but this usually happens when they have the BOGO deals going on and it's all at the expense of customer satisfaction.Secondly, cx service wise I had placed an order once on their website around 30 min before closure and the website sent me a confirmation and everything. However, once I got the location to pick it up the shift-manager tells me we couldn't process your order and at the time I was there he apologized and said we can't take my order at that time either.
Very good experience overall. Our server was really sweet and too care to ask if we needed anything. The food was tasty, we ordered a kid meal of pizza salad and juice for my child and a medium chicken arrabiata pizza for the adults along with garlic bread sticks. All of the food was really good. With the bread sticks we got a creamy garlic dip which was yum!
Great restaurant decor! Very unique with the metal walls and chairs.We had a bit of a wait to be seated; but they were busy and the server was great at letting us know the updates as to why and graciously acknowledged that we were there soon after we arrived. The pizzas we had were good and not greasy like I remember Pizza Hut being years ago at another location. First time being back into a Pizza Hut location after probably 10 years. The server gave us free drinks to make up for our wait time. Very much appreciated. Thank you!
I don’t want to leave a negative review so I’ll leave something mucho more mild. After spending $60 on pizza and getting the wrong order, plus getting the order remade and then having it taste sub-par is upsetting to say the least. Sure… it’s just pizza but come on. It takes some people 4 hours to make what you charged us today for a less then satisfactory experience.
Not to bad of a place. I have only done the take out from here recently. 3 stars for not asking my name when I paid, not adding it to the board, and then forgetting to let me know that my order was ready. As I stood in the lobby area by the counter waiting.
Really good pizza with even better service. The staff at this location is very friendly. They even give you suggestions about deals of the day.
Who puts the cheese on top of veggies when making a veggie pizza? What ends up happening is the cheese cooks fast while the veggies are undercooked below the cheese. This is a rookie mistake and for a business like Pizza Hut they should know better not to cook it like that. I have never seen anyone make pizza like that. Will definitely never order again.Please pay more attention to making sure your customers get their money’s worth.
This is a excellent place to eat. All employees including Mike, Manager, and Darren looks after customers very well.All employees including delivery persons are polite and pleasant to deal with.Excellent food, people and facilities.
