Worst place in London, read this review before going to this disgusting place.Me and my friend went there to take out food, the guys who was making my Falafel wrap had some hearing issue, as we ordered 5 wraps, my husband asked him to put some initials on the wrap and he didn’t hear that so my husband told him again, not sure what happened but when he left that place one guy came out of this place, introduced himself as Son of owner, and he started yelling at us for no reason. My friend tried to explain him that we just asked his staff to put some initials on the wrap but this guy did not listen anything, swearing and yelling at us, felt really humiliating and will never ever eat at this place again. Worst customer service, disrespectful staff.About the food, can give 2 out of 5, toppings were not fresh, it has bad smell.
This place has changed in the last year. The restaurant is dirty and filthy. The gentleman that made my shwarma wrap wore no gloves. He wanted to use a pita that had some stuff on it like a hair or a thread. It was already out of the bag when I got there. I had to ask for a different pita. All my senses were telling me to just leave but I gave it a chance. The chicken had been sitting there for awhile and it was hard and dry. It was barely wrapped so it was more like a taco then a wrap. Super hard to eat! Just a mess! Looking for a new place ??

Not sure what happened here but all the sudden there’s some sort of gross sauce they put on all the meat. Just ordered a mixed shawarma and a chicken fatoosh and neither were edible. Waste of $25.
The hummus is very yummy and worth it. Chicken shawerma is very average but nothing wrong with it. Good prices as well

I ordered a mix shawarma wrap which was delicious and was ready quickly. Decent portion size and fair price. Respectful and friendly staff. The dine in area is okay and there are plenty of parking spots available in the plaza. I would’ve gone for 5 star if they had put more toppings. I mean he put enough cabbage or lettuce, but the rest less than a handful. Overall it was a good experience.
Never give this place business. I have been behind the counter and in the kitchen it is messy and the owner does not practice hygiene at all. He is also an abuser of women. He has been known for having 3 wives in Canada. Hitting and abusing them and this behaviour is in itself enough to put them out of business. This is Canada and we want good hygienic good served by sincere civilians. This guy Yaser and his people are dirty and have not value. Their food is tasteless here too.
Great service and better food! I no longer live in London but if I'm visiting and hungry I make a trip here. This has been my favourite shwarma place going on over a decade now. Must try!
It’s the worst shawarma place to go in London. I told them to make shawarma good. They put alottt alot of spicy sauce in it, even a animal cant able to eat that and chicken is cold. Some people and staff don’t wear mask. Sorry not recommended.
