Never actually got the food. I didn't pick up the phone because I didn't realize my husband ordered, but checked the voicemail immediately. Driver said they were outside, didn't know which unit but would leave it at the front (there are no units... it's just a house... also no barks from our dog who ALWAYS barks). I go outside and there's nothing, so I call the restaurant and they say it's with the driver. Weird, but whatever. 15 minutes and still nothing, so I call again, and this time they call the driver who apparently must have just said it was delivered. I try to explain that we checked immediately after the call and there was nothing, but they just say that it was delivered and somebody must have taken it (in the minute it took me to get to the door, I guess), and then they go on a rant about how the pandemic is over and people should stop requesting things be left at the door. I tried to get more info about where it might have been delivered to, I would just go grab it if it was nearby (we checked up our street and nothing), I explained I thought it was at the wrong house because we don't have any units, but they did not seem at all interested in helping. Absolutely zero effort made towards any sort of remedy, apparently we're just out the money.

New location! Right beside the old one. It's larger, bright, clean. Same great pizza, still has the two slice special. Last time I was there, (Sunday night) they were able to put my order in right away.
This is my go-to pizza place for quality cheap pizza. You can get two large pizzas and six pops for around 30 bucks after tax. A lot of people go to Little Caesars or something like that because it is relatively cheap but if you want good pizza for a great price nothing beats it
Amazing Pizza and service! The delivery driver was very pleasant and speedy and the quality of pizza is great! Everything was correct and made well, will be ordering from here again!
My favorite ? spot in the city to satisfy my pizza craving. I've been a customer for many years. I love to go in for their 2 slices and a pop deal. (Pick up only). They are always hot and ready, the slices are huge and they always have a nice variety (deluxe, hawaiian, Canadian, veggie etc).
This is a difficult place to rate because I would give the pizza 5/5 but the customer service 0/5 if I could. The delivery driver buzzed my unit one time. When I missed the call and I noticed no one tried buzzing again I called the store. I was told the pizza was on its way and would be about 10 mins. I figured the missed buzz must've been somebody else. The driver called me about 10 mins later to tell me he left my pizza outside because he couldn't reach me. I said what? Anyone can take it? You did what?! And he hung up on me. It was ordered through door dash but they use their own delivery drivers so I couldn't complain to door dash and didn't bother complaining to the store because nobody cares. Last night, I gave it another try (because like I said, it's good pizza). The cheese was terriblyyy off though. It tasted and smelled bad, like it wasn't fresh. I couldn't eat it and called to tell them. I was told "no that's impossible, our cheese is the best cheese in the city, nothing wrong with our cheese and nothing we can do about it. No you can't get a new one made or a credit, we can't do anything about it." Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how good this pizza tastes, I will not be going back. Atrocious customer service. If you don't have any issues, you'll enjoy the pizza but good luck if you have any problem with your order.
Tried them after being given a good review by a friend, but we had an absolutely horrible experience. Food arrived undercooked and cold and missng some of our order. Was told by the driver that he'd be right back our way with it. 3 hours later and 2 phones calls still nothing. Driver blamed the restaurant and the restaurant blames the driver. No offer from the restaurant to rectify this mistake except re-delivery of the item.. But what good is that when we ate hours ago. Will not be returning.
I did an online order. food came incorrect i requested a credit, reimbursement or new food. she said sorry our fault were busy but not going to fix it for you. I asked to speak with the owner she refused. she said it's just cheese, or I can pick them out.
