I've been here a few dozen times since they opened. They started off pretty tight with the ingredients but have become ridiculously stingy all while rising prices.I would describe their Pho as they served it to me recently as a $15 bowl of rice noodles in MSG soup. I understand it's hard to run a profitable restaurant, but you still have to provide some nutrition beyond empty calories if you're going to provide value for your customers.You can see this stinginess in the lack of ingredients, the way they are reluctant to give customers more than one napkin per person, and the way they lock the fortune cookies in a vault like they're precious gemstones.They've taken cost control far too far, so this recent visit will be my last.
If I could leave a minus 5 stars I would.I don't usually post a review unless I have something positive to say. But this time I am going to because the owner needs to do something about the staff, because they will hurt their business.I'm extremely upset that we drove across town to get a bubble tea and the staff made us a super sugary taro tea (that was Not ordered) and it had NO bubbles in it. They didn't have any- something that should have been said when my husband was ordering the drinks. This cost $14 for 2 drinks.Staff were extremely rude and barely spoke English -they would not re make the drinks we ordered and would not give us our money back.We threw the drinks out.We will NEVER go here again.Very disappointed , extremely bad customer service.If my staff argued like this with a customer and didn't offer a solution to make the customer happy or call me to ask what to do they would be fired.
Not many vietnamese restaurants offer XL size for pho but don't be fooled. The XL costs a lot, most expensisve bowl of pho I've had, but it is smaller than most of the large size bowls of other places. The taste doesn't justify the pricing either.The sizzling plate was also very expensive. I had a sizzling plate 2 days ago at a premium chinese restaurant that made up for the price with a large portion but again the plate is bit smaller here with an even higher price tag.The food isn't bad but it is a lot more overpriced here than usual.
Such a great place to dine on delicious authentic Vietnamese. The owner is so welcoming and knows her customers. If you want a warm, friendly inviting restaurant with great food visit this place.
Their Chicken Pho is a must try! Love the deep flavors!
Since the pandemic happened, totally understand that restaurants would have to stay afloat somehow. Aside from the portion decrease, the taste also went downhill. If you have to increase your price for the same portion, I can understand; but charging a buck for a whole squeeze of sauce is just a bit distasteful, petty and cheap.Shame. It was a decent place. Will be going elsewhere.
Very good and accommodating. I have done allergies and I can order woth no fiear that I will be sick after meal. The soups with beef are very good and deep fried spring rolls are amazing.
It’s an amazing restaurant with lovely food hard-working service people very polite very courteous the food is really good we go as a family quite often for the chicken pho Lee their signature dish
if i could put 0 star i would. The owner needs to learn how to be nice to there customers. there was hair on a padthai and i confront her about it , she instantly yelled and assume i was the one who put it there .. we ordered worth 80 dollars and why i put hair only one dishes if i wanted a free food:Sshe yelled and told us NOt to go back there again......
Ordered a pork rice and the rice wasnt fresh complained about it and the owner didnt like it. Instead of being nice to her customer . she yelled and said we cant ordered anymore and we still hear her from the kitchen telling to other waitress dont serve us anymore . She should have manner and be nice to her customer next time... I will never come back and will tell everyone about her manners to customers.
