We have been to Pasto’s numerous times and have always enjoyed it. Yesterday evening we went back for the first time since the pandemic. We were a party of seven and we were really looking forward to this dinner. It was very disappointing. The food tasted like something done in a microwave and our meals were served cold. Very unhappy. The only reason I am rating 3 stars is because our server was great. We won’t be returningThe day after posting this review I received a call from Pasto's chef. He apologized and gave a very sincere explanation. In my opinion this speaks volumes. It shows that he is very professional and truly cares. Many places don't even read thier reviews and would never do this. I was very impressed and will be returning to give Pasto's another chance. I'm sure I will be amazed with their food as I have been previous to this review.Thank you for caring
I ordered half classic and half San Michelle pizza and meat lasagna. I enjoyed the pizza but the lasagna was not something special. Overall, it was a bit pricey but the quality of the food was good.
Pasta was great but the location shouldn’t be considered in London… it’s 20 mins outside of London almost in St Thomas. For someone picking up food to take home and eat cold it wasn’t the greatest experience.

I took my daughter tonight for some mom and daughter time. She likes to try new things, I was in the mood for a steak. She had cremini mushrooms stuffed with crab and cheesey sauce followed by braised beef over bowtie pasta with a creamy mushroom sauce. I had a pear salad with blue cheese and candied pecans with a champagne vinaigrette followed by a rib eye with asparagus, carrots and French fries. Our server, who did tell me her name, was terrific with good knowledge about the menu and helped with our choices. Everything was cooked very well. Veggies were crisp, pasta al dente. Steak was a wee bit overcooked but it is difficult to cook a steak that thin to rare. The taste was great. A bit over seasoned in my opinion, but very delicious. The salad was off the charts. So many layers of flavor. My new favorite. Perhaps best of all, there were many other menu items that I would like to try, so I'm looking forward to returning.
Truly worth the hype! Friendly and attentive service. The food was really, really good and they served generous portions. Great gluten free options too! Our server recommended the chocolate torte for dessert and it was so delicious. The restaurant was also clean and tidy (I don’t think I’ve ever seen such clean bathrooms at a hotel), and generally gave off a sense of pride in ownership. We will definitely be back.
I enjoyed the meal. Delicious. Nice atmosphere. Dissatisfied with the service. I realize there is a staff shortage due to COVID. There were 3 waitresses and the restaurant was not full. We were left waiting often, i.e. It took a very long time for an order of three B52 shots to arrive. Our replacement water order never arrived....even when we were left waiting over an hour for our bill/check to be prepared. Again, I realize there was a technical glitch.....but we were trapped that long with no offers of refreshments to hold us over (even water!)
Have been there twice this past year as we were in London for a paintball event. What a gem we found!Hats off to the Chef and kitchen crew. Food was outstanding and had take out both times. Steaks were cooked perfectly and even the veg was perfectly cooked which is saying alot. Great job guys! I am a Chef myself of 25 years and this spot does not disappoint. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to visit again!
My wife and I have been visiting Pastos since they opened a number of years ago. We continue to return due to the wonderful food and tonight was no exception. Lisa had the feature Beef Short Ribs and I had the Gnocchi. Both were excellent and my only complaint is that they were so good that we finished both dishes leaving nothing to bring home for later. I usually enjoy the pizza here but glad I tried the pasta. Best Gnocchi I've ever had. We will be back.
Great food from appetizers to desert and excellent service. The stake yummy the two bites cheese cake oh wow.
