We just hosted my sons 7th birthday here. It was the first time we had been there and it did not disappoint. Jessa and Andrea were great hosts. The birthday boy and his friends had a fantastic time! My 4yr old son was also there. Even though he did not want to participate in the laser tag party they still made him feel very much included. My only regret is not asking if the girls would be interested in babysitting! We will definitely be back.
A blast from the past - our family moved away from London years ago. My daughter and I returned recently and enjoyed our dinner and arcade games! The wood oven pizza, garlic bread and caesar salad were excellent! My daughter enjoyed a few arcade games before heading home. I recommend this place for customers of all ages!
A perfect score for a perfect day! From the moment we were seated, until our final bites were enjoyed, Hayden's attention to detail was 10/10 for friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency. We were welcomed immediately, and well-looked after the entire time. I especially appreciate the extra running involved to tend to the smallest extra touches like sauces and drink re-fills. These details make a big difference to us, and deserve to be recognized. Indeed, we appreciated the great service, and look forward to another fun Sunday with the Palasad. Thanks, Hayden. Had a lovely laser tag birthday party a few weeks ago. Our hosts went above and beyond to keep our party running smoothly and to keep the (very excited) kids entertained. Excellent value for the price, food was excellent and the amenities are top notch.
Great time spent with the family. We went for bowling and dinner. The food was great and the bowling lots of fun. We got about 60 minutes to play for 2 adults and 2 children. We were able to do a game and a half in that time. We ended up staying and playing in the arcade and laser tag. A great night and will definitely go ago.
Had our sons birthday party today and Roberto , our host, was AMAZING! He was attentive with the kids and timing was ON POINT! The parents were able to sit back and spent the afternoon without any worry.
We have booked 3 birthday parties now at Palasad South, and every one has been very well organized, the food is great, and the kids have a blast. Thank you to Jessa who hosted this year - she was fantastic. I have nothing bad to say about Palasad :)
can't make a reservation and if you go you have to go on wait list and may not even get to bowl as we were told 2.5 hour wait and could not even get a lane .. so how about put in a minimum play time limit so the 40 people in line waiting gets a fair chance to play ? palasad definitely dropping the ball. so they told us they would get us a table for food so we did then the service was horrible. I'm not a Karen by any chance just really disappointed in how they run this place.
Good was great, the Nacho portion size was huge, Myles provided great friendly fast service. The deal for kids food, arcade and laser tag for $30 was very reasonable.Greg
Peyton did a wonderful job hosting my daughter's tenth birthday party. She was helpful, friendly and kept everything running smoothly. Also, the party was well planned and the food was great. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely have another party here.
