Used this location a few times and enjoyed the food every time. Fresh and great tasting. Never have an issue with my order even at the busiest of times. Lots of options to pick from so you never get bored. Super friendly staff!
Really bad experience once again at this Osmows. The food i ordered wasn’t up to the mark. The chicken in my shawarma was uncooked. The staff was very unpleasant. There were two girls and they were very rude to me . They weren’t ready to give me thier names unfortunately. Another guy mohin, he was rude as well. Wasn’t even greeting well and was making funny faces. Bad food along with bad staff. What is happening?
Good taste, normal price. Usually get the shawarma poutine. This time, I went to order a shawarma and was told that hummus on a shawarma is ‘extra’. 20 some years getting shawarmas in Windsor and was never charged extra for hummus. It actually made me laugh. Sort of like paying for ketchup or mustard on a hamburger. Aside from that joke… the workers hustle and food tastes great. They definitely need some fresh air exchange or fan change though.
My wife and I have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma wrap and fry combos. Wrap always tastes excellent chicken and condiments are always fresh! Also love the options for the hot sauce. Fries could be better if there was a spice or salt that was put on them they are pretty plain how they come now. Would recommend this location 100%
Definitely they are the best In the business!! Shawarma means Osmows!! Best part about Their Menu is chicken breast, it’s an amazing contribution from Osmows to everyone who are in hurry and can’t make food at home. Osmows serves you the best chicken breast to keep you Fit and healthy.

Recently tried the beef shawarma wrap and really enjoyed it. The ingredients were fresh and I liked how spicy it tasted. Service was fast and the restaurant was very clean. Great place to stop by for a quick bite to eat.
Today afternoon was the second time I had tried osmow's chicken and I felt this Clarke branch is much better compare to Richmond. My order was taken by one girl she was so helpful and quick! Wonderful service :D keep it up!! This is going to be my go to location for food!
Been going here since this location opened almost once a week, tonight went to car and opened order to find hardly any chicken on my chicken on the rocks was basically a bowl of rice with some sauce. Went back in and was told this is new policy one scoop chicken that's all so 15 dollars for rice and a bit of chicken. Lots of shawarma places close by, will take my money elsewhere.
Their meets and vegetables always fresh and clean. I love everything that I ordered. Staffs are very kind. Combination of garlic sauce and hot sauce perfect. Delicious.
