Bad Service Experience:Ordered 2 platters after we bought our kid inside and settled up staff informed us we have to wait for 25mins for rice, should have told while ordering.Hope staff are aware what’s going on in the kitchen? And served uncooked shawarma, really upset
We’ve now tried this place 3 or 4 times, it’s lacking quality. I ordered the Osmow’s special platter. It was supposed to have grilled pineapple rings but it was clearly added right from a can in small pieces. Twice now I’ve ordered a juice I like to receive guava juice instead. At $3.09 a small bottle I expect what I ordered to show up, especially since guava is really not to everyone’s taste. I can’t stomach it.Finally, the Caesar salad is not Caesar salad. It does specify this if you read into the ingredients but when moving quickly you’d assume it is what the name implies. They use a weak garlic mayonnaise sauce and parmesan cheese instead of salad dressing. It smells like ranch, and tastes like the mayo covered lettuce that falls out of a Big Mac. Ick.The shawarma itself is lacklustre and the cost of adding traditional toppings is absurdly high. I don’t think we will be returning again.
Ceaser salad without meat ,little letieves little craker and little ceaser dressing, do you think this will worth 8 dollars ,really disappointing ,very costly and healthy dish :) don't choose this shop for such dishes if we buy this then we need to buy a main course dish from other shop
Great food! Very filling! Fresh and tastes amazing.
Better than any other Osmow's I've had in four other cities, but incredibly inconsistent with their quality. Always a gamble when ordering delivery. Food will either taste stale or fresh, rocks and sticks half and half might not be true half and half or somedays you may win the Osmow's lottery and receive it half and half. I have asked for more lettuce from these guys than anyone in this world. For some reason they will give you what feels like two strands of lettuce but if you keep persistent, they'll brush off the terrible management's frugality and give you lettuce that matches the size of whatever you order.Still, on the good days this food is comforting, delicious and somewhat addictive.
Just tried Osmow's for the first time, and had the lamb and falafal on the rocks. The lamb shawarma was amazing, and had a delicious sauce. The rice isn't that great, its the cheap minute rice style. There wasn't enough sauce on the falafal, but it still tasted pretty good. For a quick and easy place to eat we would probably come here again.
I ordered chicken shawarma pountine. I told the cashier to make sure I get well done. When I got home the fries were half fried. And THERE WAS NO CHICKEN ON POUNTINE. I tried to call them but no response.
Ordered chicken shawarma on rice. It tasted good ?
Seems ok to eat but I would prefer to go with Shelby or babaz shawarma place because of the quality and taste of the rice osmows useChicken and sauce are ok but it’s the rice and veggies that made me to choose options
I got a sample of the rice and chicken with the house sauce and fell I love with it. I’d recommend 100% .
