This place deserves seven stars out of five. No, TEN. The quality and price of the food is incredible and the staff are all so kind. There’s fun good energy in the room with folk who are excited to help you choose from the baked goods, a nearly impossible task. Sandwiches are a must, the donuts an even greater must. Savoury baked goods are the stuff that lunch dreams are made of, and the lunch stuff is filling enough to be dinner. I sometimes feel like I post more bad reviews to this website than good, and I think that places like Nova Era are exactly why my standards are so high. There’s a lot of great food in London and this place is among the best of it.
Our organization ordered 120 cupcakes from Nova Era for Valentine's Day. The cupcakes looked amazing and tasted even better. I really appreciated the help getting them into my car too!Thank you to the Nova Era team! You made our Valentine's Day event a success.

1st time here. Very nice inside, fast & friendly service. We got a large loaf of bread, paposecos, pastéis nata, massa sovada, beef & shrimp rissóis, and cod cakes. Everything was amazing, and our total bill was just over $30
MY GO TO PLACEEvery time we are in London we always make sure to stop in here and grab some bread and pastries and when we are allowed to sit inside and have some lunch. Everything is always fresh and looks and tastes delicious. Never been disappointed. The staff here are always so welcoming and kind and ready to help. Great job.....Thank you
It used to be good, they must have changed their supplier recently. Bought a couple of their Tiramisu cakes today but the flavor just isn't there. Both are in the garbage. Don't think I will be returning.

I've been here a few times. The coffee and the pastries are great. The most recent visit was a little strange, in that they could make one cappuccino every 5 minutes, and they only had about 10 dine-in cappuccino cups for the whole store so they asked us to change drinks (we just asked them to give us paper cups instead). I hope it was just an off-day, because it's usually a must-go!
I love this place!! I went into pick up some baked goods for my sisters birthday.... then I left with $20 in baked goods 2 breakfast sandwiches and 10 finner rolls for tonight!!
Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and ended up being the worst one ever had . Bread was dry and was not buttered and griiled on the outside like a true grilled cheese should be and it only had 2 small slices of cheese inside. Just stick to the baked goods because they clearly dont know how to make griiled cheese.sandwiches.
