Great service but they were out of vinegar and the girl said it's been like that for months
Ordered a Bacon Double Cheese poutine just to not get a fork in the bag. Had to walk back from my car across the mall. NTS: check for a fork ???
Had an amazing experience with this young man who was in training. His crew helped him out even found away fir me to save a few bucks by making a combo. Just all around good people.
The classic poutine is made w veg gravy, so I got poutine the works. Yuck. It's more like chaos in a box..their fries seem diff than years ago. Great friendly service, just stay away from poutine the works.

The girl made a small mistake on my order when it was made and put tomatoes on my fries when I asked for no tomatoes, not a huge deal, but I brought them back because I can't eat tomatoes hoping they could correct my order.The girl working who had made the mistake was extremely nice and professional, I felt bad being that person to come back because of tomatoes but she didn't make me feel bad or annoying about it like most people in food service do when this happens.I wish I had gotten her name, because not alot of people in food service handle things so nicely and she really deserves a shout out for it!
