I ordered a roast beef sub,and there was hardly any meat on it.You'd think for 16 bucks you'd get a bit more value.
I had the chicken souvlaki sub on Greek herb bread. It was good. Reasonably priced for what I got. It was still warm by time I drove across town and sat down to eat it. That could be due to any number of things. If you'd like a suggestion from me, making the souvlaki chunks a bit smaller would be nice. Or shaved? Well, either way. It was good.
Consistently good service and friendly staff. They're quick and the quality of the food is always good. They also keep it clean and tidy. Been going here for years.
Server was miserable. Asked for cold cut Combo and she made a veg. Did not use paper under my sub and kept dragging it across the counter. Was soggy when I got home 10 min later. No thanks..never again.
The Hearty Multigrain breads were fresh. All Veggies were fresh. The choices of veggies and sauces provided are really good MrSub provides mushrooms too. Only 1 thing I am concerned about is thatit is always better for the serving staff member to provide or at least ask the customer whether they'd want a receipt. Make this as a part of the job. Rather than telling the customer, "You never asked for it". I had to return back to the store half way thru realizing there was no receipt in the bag.
The owners are the best. Hands down the best . So friendly would goer higher than 5 . They make feel welcome and wanting to come back.

The best Mr. Sub location! The sweetest workers, always clean and always delicious! When my family can’t decide what to eat while we’re out and about we always choose this Mr. Sub solely for how welcoming and friendly everyone is. The owners are incredible!
