Probably the best fish and chips in all of London!! Got all the order instructions correct and food was nice and hot on arrival. Lemonade was okay, but lots of seeds inside the beverage and the lemon in the drink didn't look the freshest. Coleslaw was very disappointing. Would be nice to add an upcharge for an extra piece of fish and more fries as the portion is kinda small.
Met a good friend for lunch here today (his pick) and like every other meal we have enjoyed here it was perfect. George (the owner) is a super friendly gent who definitely cares about the quality of your dining experience. If you miss that classic diner experience of a home cooked meal then Mother Hubbard has what you need in their cupboard.Definitely a place many return to for a consistent dining experience.

Ordered the clubhouse and fries and had it delivered. Despite sweating in the take out container the fries were still so crispy and tasted amazing. The clubhouse had real meat in it not the processed deli slices. The portion of food was great for the price. I had never ordered from here before but definitely will be ordering again.

Ordered Nachos, Zero cheese no sour cream (specified on the menu)!?! Ordered Chicken Shawarma asked for extra sauce, none given and was dry. I called to express dissatisfaction instead of writing a review, I was hung up on. 27.00 disappointment for this order. Twice ordered take out and twice disappointed. Will never return or recommend.
Not only did I receive dry, way over cooked, sad salmon that had a bone in it, it also gave me food poisoning.
