Good ambience, food quality was decent though nachos was bit dry and less cheese on top. Servers are nice and a always asking about any need. Must say, well trained staff.
Montana’s turned my night into one to remember. I love coming here as we are always greeted with kindness and respect. The service is always made right, made special, and made fast. I went to this branch first time, food was great, spinach dip bread was hard but not that bad. Great ambience.
Amazing service! Went out to eat with friends tonight and had a little problem with the steak I ordered, the waitress we had (i think her name was jen) was so great about it! After everything, they ended up comping my entire meal and gave our table dessert which they didn’t have to do at all but was still very much appreciated! The manger we spoke to was also amazing with everything. Definitely a place we’ll be going back to!
Stopped in for dinner yesterday, first time at this location.My wife had the smokehouse wrap, which she really enjoyed. I ordered the steak, it came out under done, but the manager on duty resolved the issue by having the steak cooked more. She went above and beyond in my opinion, replacing the sides and giving a discount. I was very impressed by that. Overall, I'd say the steak was okay, it was a little bit tough. My rating would have been lower if it wouldn't have been for the excellent customer service.Also, our waitress Dee was fantastic!
We had a great experience dining at Montana’s. It was our second visit since the mandates were removed. Both times the restaurant was packed and the atmosphere festive. We really liked our server Jade: she was polite, attentive, quick and very cheerful. The other server, Stephany, if I remember correctly, was nice and quick too. We love the food and the whole experience.
Service was excellent. Our waitress wore a mask, and so did we until done ordering. These are on our top list for veggie burgers. Goat cheese, applebutter BBQ sauce, saute mushrooms and onions, tomato, lettuce and to pick sides. Fries and baked potatoes for us. The burgers are messy....but ALL good food is messy! Burger is almost bigger than the bun....a nice switch from other places. Able to add more mushrooms too.Dividers have been kept on either side of each booth. We sat in the bar section.
My family came for Monday night half price wings and they were amazing!Our server, Dee was outstanding! Great service and very friendly!We will definitely come back soon!
Great, fast service (Big thanks to the server Dee, she's fabulous!) Yummy food, I tried Fajitas, tender chicken, cotton candy icy there and overall were all very good and tasty? Also, the place decor gives you nice feelings , it is rustic and wild at the same time!! I hope they add on their menu a halal beef option, so I can try the steak next time there.In overall, definitely would recommend it if you're looking forward a great place to enjoy your birthday?
I visit Montana’s Hyde park on average once a week. Hands down my go to place as I have never had a bad experience at all. The establishment first and foremost is always clean and organized. Friendly staff greet you on your arrival and and quickly get you situated. The food is alway hot, fresh, and delicious which is usually a roll of the dice at most places especially at busy time but not here. I’m not sure I can tell you any other restaurant that I really know staff by name but I will tell you that Steph, Jen, and Ashley Always make every visit fun and enjoyable and leave you looking forward to coming back.Great Job Montana’s Hyde park!!!
Craig was our waiter and he was FANTASTIC! He was so polite, helpful and the food and service was excellent! Definitely try the ribs.
