Went for ribs special but no one put ribs on the night before so we could not have the special. Have gone a few times and was terrible but after a year wanted to give them a chance but again a major failure. Used to be regulars there but now best to avoid the place

July 18, 2022 @ 12:40pm Ordered the POT ROAST SOUP and chicken wings with Honey Garlic sauce on the side. Chicken wings used batter that made them so hard to eat due to the hard crusted coating...what a shame. The so called "Pot Roast Soup" barely had any vegetables and very little meat to speak of. Refused to eat it and Restaurant removed from final bill both the chicken wings and the disgusting "Pot Roast" soup. Won't recommend to friends or family...

Had a bit of a snafu with our delivery order. Called the restaurant and spoke right away to a lovely gentleman. He immediately resolved our delivery and shortly had our dinner at our door. Looks and smells great! Thanks, Montana's for your awesome customer service and great food!

Great place to eat staff is very friendly service was good and the food great and the price is good for the serving they give you

Zoe was our waitress and was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection which seldom happens at other restaurants. We will definitely be back. Thanks Zoe for making our time so enjoyable and relaxing.

Updated 4/21/22: Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars! Just spoke on the phone with the general manager (sorry I didn’t catch your name) he made me feel a ton better after speaking to him, and completely rectified the situation offering compensation for the experience we had here, and completely understanding and agreeing with my concerns. I am extremely pleased with the way he handled the situation. Amazing customer service on his part. Thank you so very much for taking the time out of your day to speak with me about this and not letting it go unnoticed! We will certainly dine here again as we have been assured we won’t have the same unpleasant experience again!!! :)We had a horrible experience here last night, sat on the bar side. I can not remember our “servers” name if you can even call her that. She was inattentive, we waited forever for drinks, we had to have waited over an hour for our food, which then came out cold as if it had been sitting there forever, and we didn’t even get the chance to tell her as she never came back over until we were ready for the bill. We could hear her complaining about tables, and what she was doing constantly as she spoke very loudly and was extremely disruptive to the entire restaurant. Yes, we could see her struggling- but there seemed to be no reason as there only could have been maybe 5-6 tables and she constantly had others assisting her the entire time. Her disruptive behaviour and lack of customer service will cause us not to dine here again.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals. Service was also very good, quick and efficient.That being said, there were a couple of things we didn't like. The outside entrance is quite dirty and in need of some maintainence . As well , there was a group of smokers out there impeding the entry to incoming customers. Not the most welcoming way to greet your guests. We also noticed food delivery vehicles parking in the handicap spot when they came in to pick up their orders. If I needed that spot, I'd be a little upset . Montana's management needs to put an end to this practice. And lastly, there was a very unruly customer yelling obscenities while we were eating our meal. I realize this isn't the restaurant's fault and he was eventually escorted out of the restaurant but it was quite unpleasant. to hear while trying to enjoy our dinner out.I'd probably try it again but I hope management addresses some of these concerns before we decide to make a return visit.

They were out of a lot of stuff due to a VERY busy weekend, they were very apologetic and agave us our appetizer for free even though I insisted on paying for it. They 150% made up for being low stock this Sunday night.They interacted with our kids and made them feel comfortable, plus the food was cooked to perfection.Definitely worth the trip to this location. I’ve ordered takeout from the other location and have been disappointed but this one is in my top 3 for dining in London.We left with a smile on our face.

There are so many choices that sounded amazing on the menu...ultimately I ended up getting the smoked ribs and they were delicious. I also enjoyed my cotton candy sangria! Thank you Tasha for your great service. We'll be back again soon.

My family and I had a really friendly waitress. I believe her name was Kaylee. She said this was her first time waiting tables by herself. She was very kind and professional. The food was also very good. Would definitely recommend.
