Decided to go to this restaurant just on a whim, on a beautiful summers evening with no reservations. Big mistake! As we hadn't reserve they seated us at a small table right under the air conditioner which was blasting. It was freezing. When we asked if we could seat elsewhere or even outside on the patio they said they were ALL reserved?? Didn't look too busy. We were the only people sitting in the row of seats. under the air conditioning. Of course when we got our dinner it was cold after a few minutes. It will be a long time before we visit this restaurant again. Not happy!
We had an amazing customer service experience at Milestones in the Westend Saturday. The atmosphere is so on point, the hostesses were welcoming and professionally dressed, our server was friendly and efficient. Managers are attentive to the surrounding tables and food was so delicious! Even the kids meal tasted amazing. We received excellent and refreshing customer service from every department and will be happy to return.
We were quickly welcomed and seated. Our server was attentive and cheerful. Drinks and meals all around. I tried the plant based burger - yummy! All was fresh and nicely presented. I do find the lower booths here more cozy and intimate.
Brunch until 3 pm!I ordered the avocado toast with an extra side of breakfast sausage (not pictured). It was a new take in avo toast for me and it was pretty good!! The coffee is nice and strong, and tasted good black. The waitress we had was super sweet and attentive. The eggs Benny (top) was made with the gluten free muffin option and it was also really good!I love milestones and IMO this location is better than the Masonville one. I always love coming here!
We truly enjoyed their food..I had the Thai chili with rice noodles..It includes chicken and shrimp.. DELICIOUS.it is spicy..My wife had their hamburger with Caesar salad.. Awesome burger..Great service..Reasonably priced..We'll be back..?
My wife and I stopped in for dinner a few weeks ago at this place. We were impressed with the decor, and the friendliness. Next came the food, it was outstanding! The orders were cooked to perfection, wonderful flavours and simply delicious! We asked if the chef could make an appearance at our table so we could compliment him/her on our delicious meal. She promptly turned up and we had a very nice chat! Very nice young woman, sat with us for a couple of minutes, and took our compliments very humbly! Was very nice of her to take the time to listen to us gush over the food! Fantastic establishment! Can't wait to go back !! BTW, the 1989 burger is probably one of the best things I've had off the menu! I would definitely recommend Milestones on Wonderland!Cheers!
The brussel sprouts were burned to the extend of being inedible. $6 wasted. The parmesan fries were smothered in cheese. The steak was good though.
Went to Milestones for my birthday dinner. Food and service was good. White chocolate cheesecake dessert was delicious!
Comfortable, relaxed dining. The food was excellent, service also very good. Dessert was delicious, drinks were very good. For the price the portions were good. I would have given the place 5 stars however two items on the menu were not available at dinner time. For me, as a former restauranteur, this is unacceptable for a short menu.
Went there for dinner tonight with my parents in law for my birthday we waited for over an hour for food they never came back to check on our drinks or ask us if we wanted anything else then when we joked about them forgetting about us they were very defensive about it. They did not say happy birthday or bring any desert and again when we asked for the bill took a very long time to get the machine. It's unfortunate the food is good but the entire experience is disappointing. This is the second time I've had bad service here and they do not seem apologetic about it in the least! Will not return to this location.
