Love this restaurant! i feel the price is a little bit high considering what they serve. but i’ll come back again sometimes.
Lovely place to eat, although mostly Korean dishes but they were amazing. Staffs were very nice and gentle. Would recommend ?
This place is fantastic. Something different from all the other AYCE places. The decor is cool and lots of cool things to look at. The staff is attentive and kind. The food and the selection is pretty good. A nice balance between Korean dishes, Japanese dishes and everything else. Just don't expect to have lots of variety for sashimi and sushi. Also, don't be disappointed that the meats are thinly sliced because you can always order more. With thinly sliced meats, it makes for a perfect bite when wrapped in lettuce and other goodies. One thing though, the booths aren't well suited for a group larger than 5 so just keep that in mind. And they have Melona for dessert Overall, this place is a must try and I know this is our newest spot for AYCE and Korean BBQ. Yum!
AWFUL EXPERIENCE⚠️I came here with my friends family and made a reservation two hours ahead, this was for his mother’s birthday dinner and we were a group of 7 people.I was never informed that there would be a mandatory 15 % tip when paying. I was just given the bill receipt and when I looked at the total I saw that there was a higher amount then what my total should have been, there was a $50.86 tip added onto my final bill.When I spoke to the waitress that I could not pay for that amount, she only said that she was not able to do anything about it and I went to speak to the manager at the front. I could only pay a certain amount since I was the only payee in this large group.The manager explained to me that because we were 7 that there was a mandatory 15 % tip automatically added. I explained to her that I was not able to afford that amount and that I could only pay for $15 dollars towards the tip which is pretty generous after being spoke to in a unfriendly manner.The manager was able to refund me the amount and then added a 10% tip instead, which I had to then explain again that I cannot afford that as I am a single student living on my own. I re-explained my financial situation and that I could only afford to pay $15 tip. She handed me my bill in the machine without the tip and I manually typed the $15 tip she then sighed, gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes on me.After that type of inappropriate behaviour, I did not feel I wanted to tip, for the AWFUL Customer Service!
Food was pretty good. Sadly, the service wasn't up to par. We were getting the wrong orders on a few occasions. However, what really ended up ruining our meal was the very end. When one of my friends went up to pay, she paid her bill with debit and tipped with cash. The lady handling the machine yelled out, "NO TIP?!" First of all, how are you just going to crassly yell something like that out. Are the staff trained to attempt to shame people for tips? Second of all, she did tip. I know I didn't, nor did my other friend after that awful encounter. Ruined what was otherwise a pretty good meal. Sadly, I won't be able to avoid this restaurant as London's options for a decent grill style restaurant are quite slim. That being said, I won't be silent if this level of bs happens again.
Such a fun & unique dining experience. We did sushi & the grill. High quality food, great service + ambiance. Fair price. Will definitely be back! Suggest doing grill with meat + veggies first (less filling) then sushi.
First time here after friends mentioned how good it is. I was pleasantly surprised how great the selection was. Quick and kind servers. Good portion sizes mostly. The sushi was a bit large. Left comfortably full with no regrets.
Sushi was good and came with huge pieces. Veggies were fresh. I liked the beef slices but not the chicken wings. Will definitely come back here!
Amazing Sushi and the staff was excellent! Very professional team. Now, I cane in for takeout, but let me tell you they were so nice! So professional and my food wasn’t ready, cause I was a but early. So I got a chance to see lots of other peoples dishes and everything looked very good. But the staff was excellent they even got me a lemon water for the time I was waiting. The place was spotless, so clean. My take out dishes of Sushi Rolls were so good, I will be going back again tonight. I was very impressed!
If you want a sushi buffet, this is the place !and you have the option to the Japanese style BBQ at the same time. 2 in 1 ?Staff were quick and friendly, place is very clean and neat.
